Museum Pasifika-Bali Fashion Week-Solo Traveler
Visiting the Pasifika art collection is one of a time opportunity to relax in an oasis of tranquillity and to view an extraordinary collection of paintings and other artworks. It is housed in an exquisite modern Balinese building designed by Popo Danes, one of the most celebrated Balinese architect. There will be Indonesian and Balinese artworks but also numerous paintings by those bohemian artists who came from Europe and other parts of the world starting from the 1930s, succumbing to the spells of the enchanting tropical Island. Stroll in the well-manicured garden, take some selfies, taste local delicacies with a 'kopi Bali', and above all enjoy the art. For a complete Bali experience, come and visit Pasifika.

Worth seeing
The art at the museum is definitely worth seeing, it provides a wonderful experience of art from and about the Bali area through the ages. Installing air conditioning for the visitors comfort would be a welcome improvement, also with the hot and humid conditions it would also help control long term damage to some of the art works. Having recorded narratives to explain the history and providence of the major works in different languages of choice for hire would also be a good option. Walk in price is 100,000 for tourists, on the day we went booking in advance online was 62,000IDR. Worth seeing!

Great escape
We always try to visit local museums when abroad and no exception was made in Bali. This is a great place to go if you have an hour or two to spare. Great pieces from local and also international artists - can absolutely recommend a visit!
