5.0Coastal Kayak(346 reviews) - Great morning workout on Little Assawoman Back Bay Sunday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Gear Rentals • Stand Up Paddleboarding • Kayaking & Canoeing
This is a great trip. My wife, son in law and myself went on the Little Assawoman Back Bay tour and everyone enjoyed themselves. My wife had never kayaked before and our guide Justin was very reassuring. My wife and I chose a tandem and I sat in the back because I was experienced. The tour lasted 1 1/2 hours which was just long enough. We kept a good pace, no one was left behind, and we saw quite a bit of wildlife. I had used Coastal Kayak on an Outer Banks vacation and when I saw they were near Ocean City, MD, I booked immediately. This is a very well run outfit with quality name kayaks and gear and their rental fees are very reasonable. I have kayaked myself for over 25 years and own two kayaks. I would not book with any other outfitterSee more..
5.0Go Ape Zipline & Adventure Park(270 reviews) - This is a "must do" - family, friends, couples, anyone! Sunday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Zipline & Aerial Adventure Parks
We love Go Ape adventures and this one truly lived up to our expectations. The cable and trolley system was SO quick and efficient and easy to use compared to prior Go Ape adventures where the trolley didn't stay attached. This made us feel safe the entire time because it was impossible to not "always be attached". The obstacles were fun and the zip lines were awesome. I loved flying across Lums Pond so many times. The entire staff was really great too. My husband and I were the first group to go through it and we FLEW through the course. We were done in under 2 hours, which included the prep and instructions as the beginning. But when we went last summer with our kids and we weren't the first group, it took us over 3 hours. Time definitely varies.See more..
The sunset cruise with The Sand Dollar crew was a real treat! Booking online was easy, we didn’t have to deal with parking as we were staying nearby. There was about a foot of water we had to walk through to get to the boardwalk due to the tide. Wearing shorts and sandals is recommended. The crew was very willing to take photos and even offered water on board. They went the extra step with a wedding anniversary on board by playing their song, and we all took part in singing along with the couple who was dancing. It really felt like our own boat with new found friends! Thank you Sand Dollar crew!See more..

A little hard to find...we came from northbound 202, onto weldin rd and it is immediately on your right, kind of hard to see from the road, if you get to a roundabout you've gone too far. Lots of things to climb on, slide down, run, and touch. Mostly sunny with some shaded areas near benches and a couple of places on the playground. Mostly fenced in, just doesn't have a gate at the front but otherwise fenced in and is very far from road traffic. Bathrooms (male/female/family) located just across from the playground next to a picnic pavilion. Vending machines available. Also plenty of room for bikes and scooters.See more..

Are you into ancestry? Are you looking for records of Births, Death, Marriages, Land grants or transfers that took place in Delaware? If your answer to this question is Yes, then you have come to the right place. I have been very successful at finding the missing links to my family ancestry at the Delaware Public Archives. They have a library of books and you can do your research through their card index system which is organized by category. Research and find the microfiche index numbers and view the film on one of many viewing machines. You can also print out your findings or be sure and bring a usb thumb drive and save the image to the drive. If you don't have a thumb drive you can purchase one from them at a nominal price. The service is free and you only pay for the copies that you make. They even offer scheduled research classes which you can learn how to perform more effective research techniques.See more..

Our 12 year old son got a private lesson from Exile skim boards-sponsored pro Timmy Vitella, a local with a national reputation. The booking process was smooth, and owner Jason was able to meet our scheduling needs to fit the lesson into our vacation with time for our son to benefit from it. Timmy came to our condo and arrived early. He is a great guy who gave a great lesson and connected very well with our son a d the other boys on the beach who ran up asking for pointers. Timmy went down later to talk to them after finishing g our son's lesson. We are very happy to have made this decision to get a lesson and to pick Alley Oop and Timmy to give it. Flying in the B-25 Panchito was truly an unforgettable experience. Bill, who helped me organize this gift for my husband was amazing, and made everything he could to accommodate us. Every crew member was beyond nice and made sure we had a great experience. They are all volunteers who are passionate about aviation, and they spent time to tell us about the aircraft, the association and any thing we asked about. The gift was for my husband who is an aviation fan, he loved it. I loved it too and I’m so glad I took a ride as well. The aircraft is a piece of history and it’s genuinely a fabulous experience. 5.0Mind, Body & Sole(12 reviews) - Amazing & Relaxing Day Spa and Wellness Center Sunday: Spent 2-3 hours Spas
I visited Mind, Body & Sole because I read about their Ionic Foot Detox service. I suffer from fibromyalgia and was in a considerable amount of pain. Owner Kristina gave me a wonderful 30-minute stress relief massage and then I went to the foot detox tubs for a 30 minute session. It was amazing how I could actually feel the pain leaving my body! The atmosphere in the spa is warm and relaxing and very zen - I felt right at home. I can't believe the difference of when I got there to when I left! I was at Old Christ Church, Laurel two days ago for a special concert. There is not a lot to see, on one level: just the church, in a beautiful setting on the shores of Chipmans Pond. The church was built in 1771, and has never been plumbed or electrified. Delaware governor Nathaniel Mitchell, Revolutionary War veteran, is buried in the little graveyard. Inside, the acoustics for a concert or a sermon are wonderful. Also see the three story pulpit, the balcony which contains exhibits about the history of Old Christ Church, and the box pews. Open for Sunday services, first Sundays of the months June through September. Also, special holiday services, and OCC is available for weddings. http://www.dioceseofdelaware.net/old-christ-church-laurel/See more..

5.0Milford Museum(5 reviews) - A Must Visit Sunday: 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM History Museums
The museum is a lot larger than it seems from the outside. There are several nicely put together exhibits throughout the museum that covers everything Milford. I had no idea Milford had so much history. The museum director was marvelous and she gave us a spectacular tour. I probably wore her out with my auditing mentality and all the questions. I love museums so I could have easily spent a lot longer there than my wife wanted. And it’s free. This is a must stop if you’re in town. I’m sure with so many exhibits you’ll find something to catch you attention. There’s also free parking and the museum is across the street from the library and a short walk to the Riverwalk.See more..

5.0Y Chromosome Massage(4 reviews) - My back issues were 100% alleviated! Sunday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM Spent 1-2 hours Spas
Men have different needs than women do. Men want to be touched differently. We have totally different values. We're uncomfortable walking into a spa where women are having their toenails painted to ask about massage services. We want a space where we feel comfortable, not one where we are the "outsiders." I've built my business around taking care of men. I enjoy working on men and they seem to enjoy the straight-forward approach I have to massage. No vanilla candles here. No perky receptionist asking if you want to add on a facial or foot scrub today. Just me asking you where it hurts, what is tight or stiff, what are your goals for this session? Then you get on the table and I make it all better.See more..
