We come to the Grand often for shows and in pre-Covid times we were subscribers. We e seen traveling music acts, comedy shows, Delaware Orchestra, Wilmington Ballet, and Opera Delaware. The space is beautiful and historic. There is parking only a block away and the theater and restrooms are always clean. We love the variety and quality of different shows that come to our little city.See more..

4.0The Queen(84 reviews) - Great concert venue Saturday: 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM Theaters
I recently discovered The Queen in Wilmington, DE. It is usually a general admission venue for concerts. Many of the shows are tribute bands (I have seen three in the last four weeks). They have all been excellent. Parking in the area is easy - there is a parking garage as well as plenty of street parking nearby. The staff there is always polite and helpful. See more..

4.5Schwartz Center for the Arts(21 reviews) - Local Author writes impactive book and seeks launch venue. Saturday: Theaters
Hi, I am a local who in his teen years was an Usher at the Capitol Theatre for three years. My name is Rick L. Johnson. I was an entry level usher in 1978 from the assistance of my best friend and local hero Gerald W. Mayan who also worked there and was killed in an Osprey Aircraft testing accident several years ago now. It was a great job and experience and each time an employee was needed, our boss would get us to see if we had another "friend" that he could hire. Consequently, we had about five teenage High School friends all working there. Times change but those days were the best. To the point now. I have recently researched, written and yes even published now, a book on certain enlightenment I have received, "There Is A Doorway" and I am pursuing a book launch locally in the very near future. Hoping to stir some interest with this explorative post. Anyone..?See more..
We went to the Riverwalk theater last week and had a great time! They were playing the movie "Charlie Brown Thanksgiving". We had been to this theater before for a few shows, such as A Christmas Story. We have always enjoyed ourselves and this time was no exception. It was not very busy so we had our pick of seats. The sound/picture quality was good, as was the popcorn. A good time was had by all! See more..

5.0Premier Centre For the Arts(2 reviews) - Christmas Tea Theaters • Convention Centers We have been going to the Christmas Tea and other events at the PCA for several years now and we are always impressed. The kids always have a good time and this year was too cute. We loved the Grinch and Abominable Snowman and the Heat Miser was the BEST! I love how they include the audience and always take time for pictures afterwards. We got our tickets on Groupon but would have gladly paid full price. The only thing I didn't like was the change from tables and chairs to theater seats. They were a little tight to sit in and made it difficult to juggle the drinks and snacks.See more..
