This was a monument on the boardwalk more near the hotels. Nice monument recognizing Verrazano and the importance of his coastal explorations. It is well maintained but not well advertised. People should know about this monument and not happen upon it. We wound up stopping at sunset which made the monument all the more pretty. It is small and is a quick stop, but people should stop to see it. See more..

A physician myself I truly enjoyed this interesting fun monument with a self explanatory name. Nice landmark and tribute to centuries old concept of house calls. Best to get to it via GPS if -like myself - one has no idea where this location is. See more..
