This waterfall is the biggest one I’ve seen in my life. This is not a strong fall with a huge amount of water but it’s good because it enables you to swim in the pool in front of the waterfall and to look at it. The place is quite hidden so very quiet and there are not a lot of tourists. You can really enjoy this place if you like waterfalls.See more..
Isolated spot on route between Babak and Kalutian, but each able by bus. Several pools with running water linking them at differing levels. Water flows in picturesque fashion down from higher ground behind the tourist spot. Very pretty views at all levels.See more..
4.5Tinuy-an Falls(229 reviews) - All Filipinos should come and visit this at least once in your life! Waterfalls
It's a 3-tiered and it is simply MAJESTIC. It's 15 kilometers inland from the national highway, and around 1-15 minutes away from Mangagoy, Bislig City. from Davao - 6 hours by land, passing Panabo and Tagum City, Davao del Norte, Compostela Valley, Agusan del Sur before arriving in Bislig City. But it's worth the long ride!See more..
Tinago Falls are a bit - as the name says - hidden and you have to climb the 2 year old stair cases down. However standing in front of the falls reimburses the walk. There is a small lake to swim with the waterfalls in the front. You can ride a bamboo boat directly into the waterfalls and climb the rocks to jump from inside the waterfalls to the lake. Around the lake you can find small shops with beverages (also beer) and snacks. A nice relaxing experience.See more..
4.0Maria Cristina Falls(131 reviews) - Maria Cristina Falls, the Land Mark of Iligan City Waterfalls
Maria Cristina Falls is the pride of Iligan City. It is a twin waterfall. The legend goes that the identical twins, Maria and Cristina were bathing in the Agus River, and Maria was carried by the current. Cristina tried to save her sister, but the current was so strong, that both of them drowned. People were amazed when a beautiful twin waterfall came about, and everyone called it Maria Cristina. 4.0Tuasan Falls(105 reviews) - Nice waterfall with cold water Spent < 1 hour Bodies of Water • Waterfalls
It is very nice to swim below the waterfall as the water is flowing fast. The water is cold and goes deeper near the base of the falls. Access to the area is free but there is no lifeguard so you have to be careful if you are not a good swimmer. Better stay at the shallow parts.See more..
4.5Aliwagwag Falls(54 reviews) - Travel after covid lockdown Waterfalls
Currently the place is still closed so we just had a quick stop over for some photos. It was better like this though since you have the place all to your self. No other guests blocking the lovely view. The closer we got was only until the bridge but we still have a good look at majestic falls. See more..
Did you know that Mimbalot Falls is located in Iligan City, Mindanao. And Iligan City is the city of waterfalls. This not far from the city and accessible by jeepney, with minimal entrance fee, and safe. If you are planning to visit this please bring your friends with you and have a nice time here.See more..
ive been there to tiklas falls, we choose it because it is near city proper..we paid 300pesos for the habal-habal..the driver waited for us.. when we went there its raining so the water dropping from the falls sounds like thunder..the water current is also fast..tho its slightly raining when we went there yet we can never deny the natural beauty of tiklas, it has its own unique charm of captivating the peoples eyes..the swmming pool (one for the KIDS & the other for ADULTS) are also good. the pool with the falls on its background is a magnificent view. there were cottages there for only 100 pesos... the bridge going to the pool is good.. very very nice place for relaxation and romantic dates. BUT dont forget to bring your own food and water coz there is NO RESTAURANT or stores in the vicinity.the STAFF ARE FRIENDLY TOO..See more..
5.0Asik Asik Falls(25 reviews) - AMAZING ASIK ASIK FALLS Sunday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Spent More than 3 hours Waterfalls
Better stay in Midsayap, North Cotabato. From Midsayap proceed to Alamada either by jeepney or by motorcycle. I suggest you take the motorcycle which would cost you around P350-400, though a little bit expensive but you can save time waiting. From Alamada, take another motorcycle (habal-habal) ride going to Sitio Dulao, Upper Dado where Asik-asik Falls is located. The cost would be P500 back and forth. Entrance fee is P30.00. They also offer, something like packed lunch, traditional style. Rice with shredded native chicken meat wrapped in banana leaves. They call it "pastel" and is available at P30 as well. See more..
4.5Merloquet Falls(19 reviews) - Better be worth the travel... Waterfalls
I thought this beautiful place is just stone throw away, but its not. When you come here, you need to travel at least 78ms, from Zamboanga City to Vitali, and another 14kms, from Vitali goping in to Brgy Sibulao where Merloquet falls is located. The road going in is mostly cemented, there are tolerable areas that are not. Road signs are not that good since we lost twice, first going to and second, going home. I use an Avanza, 1.5G M/T, with three passengers inside and luggages, going there, and it's a hard work for the car since it is elevated. It would be best if you go there with a 4 wheel drive car. Parking lot is provided for 20pesos. Entrace fee is 5pesos/head, and cottage rent is 100pesos. catch of this visit: there are 357 steps going down the falls. if you are not healthy enough it will be much of a struggle if you are going up. I suggest they put an elevator or escalator or a cable car.See more..
4.0Mimbalut Falls(15 reviews) - Wrong location information Waterfalls
We were just there yesterday, you need to pay 50 pesos per head which is well worth it. The beauty of nature and pools for the kids would be enough to satisfy and make you feel relaxed. It's just that the post for this one is totally wrong. Iligan City is the City of majestic waterfalls and Cagayan de Oro City is almost 2 hours away from it.See more..
4.5Tuboran Eriberta Spring(12 reviews) - Eriberta Cold Spring Spent More than 3 hours Mountains • Forests • Waterfalls
My husband decided to spent the holidays back in his hometown of Ozamis and wanted me to see this man-made river with cold, clear, clean water coming from a natural spring. It took approx. 2 hours to reach it and it was without traffic. For someone from Manila this may feel like a very far place to go to lol Admittedly I did not want to expect too much but I was pleasantly surprised! the 'resort' was at the top of the mountain, it feels like it since getting there is going uphill on uncemented road. The entrance fee is 35 pesos each, children younger than 4 yrs old are free. Cottages cost 125 pesos. The water is freezing cold hahaha I love the place!See more..
i had exciting experience adventure of this beautiful water fall. from cagayan de oro city Philippines its take 1.5hours of riding my bikes. its not easy cause' i was on solo ride.See more..

4.0Binangawan Falls(11 reviews) - Discover the unknown.... Spent More than 3 hours Waterfalls
This place you should not miss if you like to walk thru the little jungle...it seems a hard start..but on the way you and the nature start to feel one ...takes more then 1 hours to walk to the falls but is worth it!See more..
Probably one of the most neglected tourist spot in the province. Located just beside the Sayre Highway in Kisolon, Sumilao, Bukidnon, it is a commin sight to travellers plying the national highway. Although very accessible, the local government is not seriously promoting the site as a tourist attraction.See more..
Took habal-habal from main road to this falls. I was surprised at how nice the area was although there was no guard on the premises which made some of the people I was with a little nervous. They were disappointed that you are unable to get close to the falls unless you swim as close as you can, You have to be a strong swimmer to get close. Some good rocks to jump off of near the falls where the water is quite deep. Watch any lunch you bring in from the dogs in the area - we lost some food while swimming. Arrange for habal-habal for return trip as there is no public transportation.See more..
Just near lianga proper around 10km you can either rent a vehicle or ride a habal habal. 153 steps, P10 for adult and P5 for chidren. The rocks are a bit slippery so wear mojos or slippers. Bring water but please do not litter the place is too beautiful to waste. Hope the local should stop eating and drinking in the falls itselfSee more..

3.5Togonan Falls(5 reviews) - A Hidden Marvel in my Home Province Waterfalls
One really needs a private car... One can expect to travel far... Pack everything as if going to a war... Be ready to be floored. Climbing down some two hundred stairs, Passing bird cages at every landings, Hearing waters falling like thunders. Alas! Togonan Falls is a wonder! This place kinda selective, Not a place for fainthearted, Not even for young and old citizens with weak legs, Much more for persons with disabilities.See more..
I went here with friends who are locals last 2013. You have to walk for about 10-15 minutes to get to the falls and when you see Sian Falls, you would want to jump in and enjoy the water. It's not grand like Tinuy-an Falls but it's unspoiled. Mostly locals swim in the area and they have a few cottages where you can leave your things. Climb up to the top of the falls and you will find serene and calm water where you could just stay still and enjoy the peace and quiet. See more..
4.5Tagbilat Falls(5 reviews) - Enchanting Series Waterfalls [Tagbilat Waterfalls] Waterfalls
Unspoiled Malagandis Falls (Tagbilat Falls) one of the best series enchanting waterfalls I've ever seen.. Hope Tourism of Titay Province will improve the road going to busay :) Worth the long travel! I visited the falls last October 8, 2016. This is just the first waterfalls that I was planning to visit. I heard there are at least 20 waterfalls in Maragusan. The water is so clean and cold. Yes, Clean and cold., and magnificent bluish-white waterfalls!See more..
We where in Davao City, and went with my filipino friend to Awao Falls, with his car.. Had to rent the habal habal to go the the falls, but it was hard rain all day, and the way to the falls was really slippery and dangerous.. was a bit nervous to be honest. when we arrived to the first waterfall had to walk to the bigger waterfall, but had to climb down like 100 meters to a slippery Clay wall, holding with tree roots and tree branches.. (Was a bit dangerous, so if you`re not fit, or have kids with you, never try to do it, especially in a hard rainy day) When we arrived to the falls, it was really amazing.. Couldn t take much photos because of the rain but was a great adventure and one of my favorite falls I will visit there again, someday on a non rainy daySee more..
I almost give up going here since its too far from where i stay, imagine seating in motorcycle for more than 4 hrs that was my first time . Never expected to reach davao oriental but thank god we didnt. the road in highway is great but visiting in this area is far from highway and road is rocky but worth it. The entrance fee is only Php.10.00 we didnt rent a cottage since were not going to stay longer the owner allowed it.the family are very kind i never thought you could also own this beautiful tourispot. I hope they continue to preserve this area cause its really beautiful. See more..
4.5Cathedral Falls(4 reviews) - Cathedral Falls, Barangay Waterfalls Waterfalls
Simple and Calm. The 80 – foot cliff gives more dramatic attractive. It is bounded with unique rock foundations that most likely same with Cathedral Churches. (That I guess where the name came from). How to get there: Bus from Pagadian City to Kapatagan Bus Terminal for an hour drive. Take Habal-Habal motorcycle going to Cathedral Falls. Bus from Cagayan de Oro City to Kapatagan that take like 5 hours’ drive.See more..

Aliwagwag is the best waterfalls that I have been by far. Its a long way from Davao City (roughly 4hrs drive) but it is worth a visit. Been here with my friends and all of us did enjoy the magnificent view, so the long drive is actually paid off once you will see how beautiful it is. See more..
This attraction has been hidden for the longest period and just recently I was able to visit this beautiful falls just a motorbike ride away from the highway. It's preserved and people living nearby were volunteering to make sure that the place is clean and neat. I appreciate that the local government put an effort to make this place well maintained which it doesn't need any fees from the visitors.See more..
Located at Barangay Dalipuga, Iligan City, 10 peso fare from the city. You will traversing the stream from poblacion going up the to the mountainous side of Iligan City. The hills are quite stiff that is quite hard to pass. Some rocks are slippery so be careful. I would advice you to use sandals with straps than slippers and rubber shoes. You can also bring foods for your meas cause it really takes more than an hour before reaching the topmost part of the stream. The view is really nice. I guarantee that. Going back is also full of and adventure. 100 pesos pocket money will do.See more..

4.0Matigol Falls(2 reviews) - Death Defying Waterfalls
I had the biggest scare in all of my Chasing Philippine Waterfalls Project trips. Death literally stared at me while negotiating a difficult trek to Matigol Falls. I almost quit and gave up and go back to Davao City. But the reward of a beautiful and majestic waterfalls prevailed upon me. And it sure did! Matigol Falls has several tiers with different beauty and splendor. I would love to go back here but not in that difficult and death-defying route.See more..
4.5Limunsudan Falls(2 reviews) - The Majestic Waterfalls (also called by some of our local residents, as, "Mindamura Falls" Waterfalls Of course... I love it... I love this place... 3.0Magkawas Falls(1 review) - Added attraction in Lanuza Waterfalls
Magkawas falls is not spectacular or breath-taking like the other falls in Mindanao but it is a good attraction to be visited when you're in Lanuza. Lanuza is a surfing destination and Magkawas offers a place where you can relax and swim. The place is still prestine but I did not like the addition of cemented dams to create an artificial pool. Tourism should have left it the way it was. See more..
One of my favorite. Despite negative description of the place Basilan has a lot to offer. I was a bit skeptical at first when booking our tour going to Basilan to be honest but at the time we stepped at the port of Lamitan I was convinced that we’re going to enjoy the trip. Bulingan falls was the first place we visited. Just few people at that time around 11am. Most are locals and kids. I would suggest prior to visiting Basilan, better contact the Lamitan city tourism to book for a tour and they will be incharged with your transportation and guide going around Lamitan. I think its the safest so far. See more..

4.0Balisbisan Falls(1 review) - Hidden Gem Spent More than 3 hours Waterfalls
There was no plan of going here actually. It just occurred to me to visit this. I was just thankful that I did visit this place. I contacted a local who knew this waterfalls. But I had to wait for him and it took him a long time to meet me up. He was stuck in a traffic due to Kaamulan Festival preparations. Pressed for time, we took the short cut. Going down the steep ravine scared my wits. It was like my Arakan Valley experience all over again. I had to carefully plant my steps otherwise I would plunge right away. The waterfalls is literally springing with life. It reminds you of Asik Asik Falls in Alameda, Cotabato but on a smaller scale. But since I had the falls only for myself, it was a great fun.See more..
