Our Lady of Holy Rosary Cathedral is the home of the Diocese of Dipolog, the host diocese of last NCYM 2016. This church witnessed the celebration of the youth ministers of the country in promoting the youth ministry of the bigger mission of the church. We attend the sunday mass on our last day of stay. Their dialect used in mass was bisaya. We appreciate the vendors inside and nearby the church because they're very hospitable for us tourist. They trying their best to speak tagalog to communicate with. You should never skip this church for your visit in Dipolog City.See more..

This walkway contains two different experiences. The first are the stations of the cross on a rather easy and not very steep walkway that takes about twenty to thirty minutes. The second experience and the real adventure comes once you find the slightly hidden small path around the 12th station up the hill where you can walk on a steep path with sharp grass and often unstable ground completely unprotected by trees. Took us another hour two get up there and more than once I was close on giving up. You don't actually see much of the crater once up there, on the second radio tower/lookout you can see White Island though. Going down I was hardly able to stand stable, was often just sliding down on my bottom.See more..

About 10min walk from the main road, the mosque opened late 2014 ad financed by then Municipal Mayor Dimaukom which bears the name of the place. The bright pink color is painted all over the mosque from facade to minarets and domes. It can hold about 200 worshipers. People in this province are so ingenious as they used the branches and trunks of dead trees that's why this church really looks like mother nature built it herself. Words can't describe how beautiful the altar is so I am just attaching photos with this review. Even inside the church it feels like you are in an outdoor setting because it is airy.
