   This place is breath-taking and an amazing sight. To think that it took millions of years for these unique mountains to form is humbling. The trail is well built and relatively easy to walk. Do wear comfortable track shoes as some parts can be abit slippery if it just rained. There are many interesting rocks that the guide pointed out to us, like a tortise shaped rock which symbolises longetivity. It can get quite crowded during peak hour especially at popular photo taking spots. We spent around 2-3 hours there in total.    Great occasion for long walk on the path located in colorful valley surrounded by beautiful mountains. If you get tired, you can buy a ticket and use small train which runs approx. every 10 minutes. This is a beautiful place. Take the camera. There is an opportunity to get some food or souvenirs at the end of the tracks where the train stops. You can even walk further if you want. The only bad thing is a loooong line for the bus when you want to get back to the main entrance. But in this are long lines are typical. If you want to see something you have to go through it.    来岳阳是因为家里亲戚在这边，这是我第二次来到洞庭湖了。小的时候去感觉洞庭湖好大，好壮观的。。。。但是这次去感觉没有那么雄伟了。坐船在湖中游览了一圈以后，心中的波澜得到了些许平复。不过还是很值得大家一去的！！！顺便说一句，那个酱板鸭很好吃~~~！！！哈哈 See more..

   爱莲湖因周敦颐的《爱莲说》而得名。据说，周敦颐曾三度在郴州为官，是在郴正常任职次数最多、时间最长、政绩较好的朝廷官员。爱莲湖位于郴江河畔、郴江路与爱莲路交汇处，面积并不算大，但里面的石雕和木雕却十分考究，内有亭台楼榭，小桥流水，夏天游来感觉十分惬意，尤其是湖里有鸳鸯、野鸭子和天鹅，非常有生机。爱莲湖公园里还有濂溪书院，端庄古朴、典雅大气，除了石雕和木雕，多处的题字楹联值得细细品读。 See more..

   I live near the tea plantations and I know how beautiful the tea plantations can be in different seasons. Our town Jinjing has a long history of growing high quality green tea for over one thousand years since before Han Dynasty, thanks to the perfect weather in this mountainous area. The tea plantations and the government has invested high quality biking traits in our major plantation area, and bikes are there for rental, free if returned within two hours. Search for Julian's Country Inn and you will see some photos. In spring it was like a dreamland. The tea plantations are also home of the largest national tiger breeding center in China.
