Water Lily Street (Chinese name is 芙蓉街 or Furong Street) is where merchants have conducted business for over 2,000 years. During our walk on this pedestrian street, it appeared that 99% of the shoppers and sightseers were Chinese. There was a broad mix of shops and eateries. Chinese street foods available include rice cakes, glutinous rice balls, numerous types of Chinese dumplings, kebabs, fried silkworms, fried scorpions, candied Chinese hawthorns, onion pancakes, various Chinese soups, roasted baby pigs, and more. The deep historical culture of Taierzhuang originated during Han dynasty, developed in Qing dynasty and boomed in Ming and Qing dynasties. The ancient town of Taierzhuang mainly reflects four cultural values which are also the four reasons why it has been attracting domestic and overseas tourists: 1. Taierzhuang is a city having most WWII sites in the world. 2. Taierzhuang is the living fossil of canal culture, boasting 8 architectural styles and 72 temples. 3. The ancient canal of Taierzhuang is the last extant section of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. 4. Taierzhuang is an oriental ancient waterside town, boasting 18 ponds and 15 km of water streets and lanes. You can tour the whole town by swaying boat. This is a great site for photographers and those interest in chinese cultures. There are many attractions and activities. Sights during day and night are totally different. While there we manage to enjoy a night performance which showcase quite a number of performances ranging from singing, dancing and kung fu shows. During the nights many of the buildings are brightly lighted, a total sharp contrast during the daytime. Note: There are restaurants and hotels in this Ancient town for those who intend to stay a night. For those not intending to stay a night, would recommend that you start your tour around after lunch and leave during the night, so that you can experience the day and night atmosphere of this enchanting town. (Hotel and food is slightly more expensive that outside of Ancient Town of Tai'erzhuang). See more..

Been up Xianguding several times over the last few years. Best to buy a years ticket if you think you will return even once. Although almost all modern (built 2008), it is a great way to unwind and get some fresh air. It is recommended to walk up past the main 'temple' and keep going all the way up to 'Fairey Toss House'. This is a smaller temple some 2 hours up from the bottom. There is a small shop and the views on a good day are breathtaking. Full of wild plants and insects, it is a wonderful spot. In winter the path can be treacherous with sheet ice, be careful. On one route variation to the top there are some evil stone stairs - not for kids! Can be hard to find a taxi after leaving the park. 去过很多的大城市的海边，都是慕名而去的，都是在人潮涌动的节假日。这次因为太累了，所以只是想去海边走走，但是结果却意想不到的好。很干净，人很少，当地人很朴实，可以选择农家，也有星级酒店可以选择。我最喜欢的就是地大人少。呵呵~想去海边清净的，可以去走走。 See more..

The place spreaded thier advertisement everywhere to promote the tourist visit. They even made a spot on the 2015 edition of the China Driver's Atlas, marked as a scenic resort, claiming thousands years of history. What a disappointment when we arrived there. There is no really any historical stuff remain on the site, other than those newly created cement statures. A wooden pavalian maybe left from the old time, the paints are mostly off, some rusted steel wires, the stairs climbing to the 2nd level is about to collapse, very dangerous to the visitors. You can visit there just treating it as a park, the scenery is very common, nothing spectacular. The over emphasized cultural heritage stuff is just some bluffing. See more..

在山区里有个水库，水库边上有小村庄，感觉有些依水而居，空气很好~晚上天空很蓝，虽然是去训练的，很苦，但每次看风景的时候都觉得很好，感叹要是是来玩的多好~以后有机会还会去的，因为那里的村民们都特别朴实，桃子特别好吃新鲜，天天吃~去休假的话会更开心~天天吃桃子~哈哈
