Lovely accommodation. Front desk, coordinators, and front desk are all super nice and like a huge welcoming family. The included breakfast, lunch and dinner are all great and the menu changes every meal (didn't eat the same dish twice over 5 days). The staff at the lodge will also help to barter with the local fishermen for live seafood which they can cook for a small fee. We stayed for 2 nights and did a number of boat trips - all amazing - and the nature guides were friendly, very knowledgable and great at spotting wildlife. The rooms at the lodge were fine and the food (buffet style) was great. Staff were lovely. Recommend the night cruise for seeing wildlife!See more..

Usually you got to see many others wildlife in a mangrove cruise, this is a cruise to look for Proboscis monkeys only! The guide mentioned there are crocodiles, birds ...etc. However, I seen non of those but lucky enough to see few small groups of Proboscis monkeys (they are in families of 4 or 5, not a very big group though) there will be RM10 for binoculars to rent, I reckon you better rent one to see them clearer coz those monkeys not necessarily hangout out at the river side. You will also experience a nice sunset on the cruise and after the it is dark, it is time for the fireflies ... the trees at the riverbank literally became “Christmas Trees” much better then those I seen in Thailand, Ampawa Floating Market tour.
