Freediving course at POM POM

I really had a great time while I was taking freediving course. My instructor Manu was giving us lots of patient and comfort throughout the session. Im able to hold my breath longer than I thought and it was so amazing! I will definetly come back here for prastise!

Freediving
Except the scuba diving, freediving is definitely a great thing to learn underwater. I had my great experience with Manu, he knows the way to encourage me to trust myself, hold longer breath and be calm in the water. For me that’s more meaningful because then you would be able to enjoy freediving under water, you feel safe and not panic even just with one breath. It was amazing to learn this technique and I wish more and more people could discover the ocean with such a wonderful way. No other equipment, just your own self there, which is the real freedom. Thx Manu for being such a great instructor! Hope more and more people can have the chance to learn from you :)

Amazing freediving Experience!
Experience the sea at 360 degrees with maximum safety, tranquility and with a good team. Recommended not only for all those who approach the sea for the first time, but also for the most experienced and ambitious who want to go further and have dreams to achieve!
