  2. 4.5 Kokol Hill (133 reviews)
    - Outstanding views and pictures

    Kokol Hill image
We have rented a scooter to go on Kokol hill but Grab could be also a good choice. The scooter gave us a much better freedom of movement but do not go there with an automatic scooter as there are steep slopes and the rubber belt could snap. Take a semi-automatic at least. Kokol Elf is nice but they have a 90 myr entrance fee with a drink included. A better choice is the Kokol Farm . They also have great swings above the forest and many other nice places to sit and have a drink - 10 +10 myr with drink included. It was a great 3 hours experience . See more..

    Sinurambi Tambunan image
Also known as Tambunan Viewing Point. There is 2 way for you to be here: 1. Drive from Tambunan town, do take note of the challenging road condition to this place. 2. Hiking up to this place (difficulty level : easy to moderate, based from local) You may visit this place from 8am to 5pm and enjoy the beautiful view of Tambunan. If you are lucky, you can see Mount Kinabalu so clearly from this place. I spend about an hour just to enjoy the nature view and also fresh air. However, do take note that it can be too hot during noon time, do bring along your water, hats or umbrella. Sinurambi in Dusun Language means mesmerizing. It really is! Do consider to come to this place if you are visiting Tambunan. Plus, it is FREE & well maintain See more..
