Unique mangrove experience to see Proboscis Monkeys
Usually you got to see many others wildlife in a mangrove cruise, this is a cruise to look for Proboscis monkeys only! The guide mentioned there are crocodiles, birds ...etc. However, I seen non of those but lucky enough to see few small groups of Proboscis monkeys (they are in families of 4 or 5, not a very big group though) there will be RM10 for binoculars to rent, I reckon you better rent one to see them clearer coz those monkeys not necessarily hangout out at the river side. You will also experience a nice sunset on the cruise and after the it is dark, it is time for the fireflies ... the trees at the riverbank literally became “Christmas Trees” much better then those I seen in Thailand, Ampawa Floating Market tour. Thank goodness that I had a good weather that day, if you meet rainy day, you might seen nothing.
