We had a great experience with my family. There are lot of activities you can do. Although we have not visited all of the attractions since we only had less than a day in the resort but we enjoyed the bird feeding especially my son and the bird show was so entertaining. The staff were so accommodating especially their manager, Ms. Niña who personally ask if we have any concerns with regards to our stay during our dinner. She even allowed us to check out until 1:30 'coz had a late lunch. Will definitely go back and have a long stay.

Always Something to Look Forward to
We frequent Malagos Garden Resort annually since our wedding last 2014, and they never fail to offer something new whether in food choices or activities for couples or the family. Also, the service is excellent where the warmth of the MGR team feels like we have always been part of the family. My son loves their animal domes, the museums, the pool, the natural landscape where he can bike or run around or simply explore with his binoculars, or be fascinated by the butterflies near the stream. If you are the adventurous type who do not mind some dirt on your shoes, then the outdoors would keep you happy. They also have the Powerplay which is a playground for the kids or the young at heart that encourages science learning while having fun. If you are the laid-back type, then their Chocolate museum offered a cozy trip to the history of chocolate and ends with a cafe where you can have their rich hot cocoa with suman (glutinous rice dessert) or make your own chocolates. Both hot cocoa and chocolates are made by their internationally-acclaimed unsweetened chocolate base. There is also Museo Mariposa where butterflies are stars and where you can learn more about them through exhibits, and you can also paint paper mache items at the nearby souvenir shop. As a family we always look forward to animal encounters or the longest-running Malagos Garden Resort Bird show where they educate families esp. children about taking care of our wildlife and the environment. They even have bird watching, falconry, duck or koi feeding, chicken egg picking, horse rides, and calesa rides. Among all meals, we find great delight with the seasonal breakfast buffet in Koi Cafe and the recently added dinner by the bonfire with smores for dessert. Our son loves the pizza making session and loves their brick oven pizza. We are also happy with the light meals and snacks in the Viewdeck Cafe near the pool area, perfect to curb our hunger after each swim. Malagos Garden Resort has always been that second home that lets us commune with nature and spend quality time with ourselves and with those we love and treasure ;) We shall definitely see them again soon :)
