    My husband and I took our 4 year old girl for some 'fun' in the snow on 29/12/2015 but were very disappointed. Staff was unfriendly, slow, not explaining properly what their prices were, poor service. We paid over Eur 100 for 3 hours as a family and didn't feel that this was appropriate, the lady was very dismissive and staff didn't even smile - not a good impression when it is promoted as a fun activity. The snow was not good quality either with lots of water puddles in places but we made the most of it. It has just been another confirmation that there is no customer service im Ossiland and we were very disappointed. See more..
