I enjoyed the area quite a bit. It is a good hike and the ground is uneven so not for people with mobility problems. The best time to go is after rain (I go pretty often) because the water levels are higher. This unfortunately also makes the rocks and ground very slippery. I recommend bringing a change of clothes, good shoes with tread for the hike to the waterfall and sandals or flip flops for once you are there. Great place for photo opportunities just be careful with your equipment. My first time there I slipped off the shores edge and into the small river. Luckily the camera I was using was waterproof and I had left my bag with other belongings away from the shoreline. See more..
