   My husband and I recently took a trip to Thailand and we had the good fortune to book a cooking class with Mina. We absolutely LOVED it. Not only was the class fun but we learned a lot about Thai cooking. As expected we learned to execute the recipes we pre-selected but even more she taught us about the Thai aesthetic and style of cooking. Mina cooks with care and with lots of love. She sent a taxi to pick us up at our hotel to bring us to her classroom that was comfortably nestled in a local neighborhood. We really enjoyed the intimate and comfortable surroundings of her kitchen while it was poured rain outside. Mina runs a very professional operation. An apron is provided for you during the cooking class. The kitchen was well appointed with everything that we needed to create our own authentic Thai meal under her tutelage. It was by far one of our most favorite, and one of the most DELICIOUS, meals that we had in Thailand. At the end of class, she gave us a free cookbook.    Having visited pre Covid-19 we were excited about returning to EFT. We stayed onsite for 20 nights, fished 16 days and had 2 day trips organised for us by EFT. I caught 189 fish in the 16 days fishing. A lot of the fish came from using the bait boats available to either reach spots not in reach with casting or by baiting an area. I had plenty of big fish and some rare beasts. I would highly recommend staying here or even just fishing for a day as it’s an anglers dream. The room was amazing and cleaned every day.    This lookout needs to be on your list of things to do. You can hire a driver to take you or drive yourself it easy to find. The view over Phang Nga Bay is spectacular. There's a lovely little restaurant at the top for refreshments. We then fed the elephants,and walked with them through the forest, made our own Thai lunch all fresh and lots to eat beautiful food. We then Bathed the elephants in the mud then showered them.     I went on the "Best of Khao Sok" tour and have only good things to tell. From the punctual pick up to the very friendly, knowledgeable and multi-lingual (Thai, as you would expect, English and German) guide, the whole day was very well organized and great fun. In a small group of only seven, we were transferred by minibus to the Khao Sok National Park. On the way and throughout the day our guide Peera gave plenty of information about the national park, nature, wildlife, etc. We were paddled down a river in comfortable kayaks for about an hour. This was my favorite part, so tranquil, scenic and relaxing! After a short transfer, we then boarded a long tail boat which drove us around the Khao Sok lake, which is truly beautiful, plenty of photo opportunities! After lunch on a floating restaurant, we had some time to swim in a secluded and quiet bay before heading back to land. With a quick stop at a look out we made our way back to Khoa Lak.     Our day trip with Zaidy Travel far exceeded our expectations. Communication via WhatsApp prior to the tour was quick and easy. Pick-up from our hotel, lunch and refreshments, and all entrance fees were included. Our guide, Kai, was extremely kind and knowledgeable - not only was he our long-tail boat captain, but also our private photographer! The tour included several islands where we could snorkel, swim, relax, and explore, as well as a visit to a local lobster farm. Everything was catered to our pace; because it was a private tour, there was flexiblity in the itinerary. And, the cost was less than 1/5th that offered at our hotel.     Some fellow travellers at our bungalows had booked an island hopping tour with Bass and asked if we'd like to join them, and boy are we glad we did! Early start (8am pick up) but it was worth it. Bass took us to the popular islands and got us there before anyone else, so we enjoyed the serenity without hoards of tourists. He also took us to some less known spots, a beautiful little snorkeling spot (with no one but local fishermen around) and an amazing sand bank at Koh Yao Yai where we were the only people as far as the eye could see.     We planned our kayak, and kayaked our plan. Paddling the sea kayak at Koh Yao Noi Paradise was a memorable highlight of the stay. So different. Well worth while. Very peaceful and remote. The kayaks are available as part of your stay at Koh Yao Noi Paradise. Our plan was a six kilometer paddle with frequent beach stops to take in the sights and refresh. Sea gypsies cave first. Then there is a hidden lagoon with a hidden beach on Koh Kudu, the island to the north of Koh Yao Noi. The lagoon is hidden by a row of three towering limestone pinnacles. A rarely visited beach. Just beside is another small beach from which big tree beach can then be seen to provide a path to navigate across the channel to it. At big tree beach in the national park a resort is being built.     We dived as a family of four to Yawasam island. We took a longboat from the dock and the trip took near enough an hour to get to the dive site. We dived twice in the AM and both dives were really fun and colourful. All of us really liked the dive instructor Fai. She was exactly the right mix of professional and fun and nothing was too much trouble for her or her team. The dive equipment was all good and recently serviced and she gave a thorough and accurate briefing pre dive. It was refreshing to see a dive school run by someone like Fai.     This place a little far away from Phuket. We visited it when we were driving from Phuket to Krabi. It is about 10Ks from the main highway 4. The temple is on a mountain and the climb is pretty steep. Not many people. We were the only family at the temple for about 30 mins before another group came in. They charge 20bahts per person and do not allow people wearing shorts. So I had to rent a pant for another 20baht. On one side of the temple, the view of the mountain is beautiful and you can see a golden buddha being constructed on the other hill. See more..

    I was on 4 Islands Discovery trip on July 2019. I booked this trip from website. The bookking was smooth and easy. They pick up us from our resort and the staff was polite and helpfull. We took the treditional long tail-boat it was great experienced. The wheather was nice and we got 2 times snorkeling in the clear water, swimming in the lagoon was fantastic. He speaks 5 languages and will show you his pineapple plantation, rubber trees and much more. All for free!! In his restaurant..the juices and food are heavenly.
