Thoughtful Respite
Couldn’t have been happier with the decision to book a service with Ayurvana. I opted for a Swedish massage as I prefer deep tissue work when getting service but their offerings are varied and merit some investigation. I was met at the spa by Nicky who greeted me with some refreshing tea and a hand towel and then went over the available oils and degree of attention from the therapist. Massage therapy/spa treatments aren’t exactly in my wheelhouse of go-to leisure time, or self care choices, I’m a little averse to touch from strangers and can be a bit nervous so from the jump I’d like to say that I didnt experience anything aside from comfort and care from the moment I walked in. After a brief consultation I was guided to a villa where the service would take place. I booked with my wife so I was not solo - though we did opt for different services - they did occur simultaneously. My therapist Supha took great care with her attention and checked in with me a couple of times to ensure that the service was to my liking. Ive had a couple of treatments previously and I think this was perhaps the most thoughtful. Following the service I was able to shower and then had a bit of an exit consultation with Josh, who presented me with more tea and a small refreshing parfait.

Great product used by the spa leaving your skin feels nicer after the treatment. Spacious and beautiful spa and treatment room. Good service provided. Great welcome drink and cold towel. Very refreshing for a hot day. Good price too.
