We recently did a 3 night and 4 day Surin Islands tour with Greenview. From start to finish the experience was amazing. The organisation and communication was excellent. We were taken to some incredible locations with wonderful guides. Greenview were very helpful and accommodating and we can't thank them enough for the most enjoyable 4 days! Medsye staffs were great and took good care of us. The speedboat was in good condition with 3 engines so it was very fast. And plenty of lunch were provided. While the day-trip does not run to schedule (as many have pointed out), we felt that the tour was organized sufficiently good to allow us to enjoy the island. We have been on many island tours, and they rarely run to schedule. We would certainly use Medsye again in the future.See more..

The kindness and professionalism of the staff was far beyond any place we stayed in Thailand. We got several massages on our trip and the ones we got at the Koh Yao Yai Village spa was our favorite. The company was very responsive and accommodating. I like how we could easily reach them on WhatsApp (I asked them a bunch of questions prior to our trip). We used their airport transfer service (shuttle + boat) to get to Koh Yao Yai. Once we got to the island, we booked a long tail boat tour with them to visit phang nga. The driver and boat driver were really funny and awesome. They spoke English well and were some of the friendliest people we've met. Will definitely book with them next time we go to koh yao yai. First trip booked through hotel and we got a young guide named Chai. He was very patient and understanding with our young girls and went out of his way to make the kayaking and trip interesting for the kids. adjusted the day to suit us, including a stop at a friends house for the kids to use the toilet. We felt very lucky to experience a real local Thai home. Second trip I booked directly through Chai while Kayaking. Did Island hopping. Was great as there were no time limits for any of the stops and once the kids were exhausted we just headed back. Easy to communicate with Chai and he even sent us some photos on whats ap the next day.See more..
