   Good beach for locals take selfie and spend evening with family or partner . Good point is clean , free of charged and a gate to take boat tour to Samalona island . Downside is this beach is not for swimming ( wonder why they called it a beach if you can’t swimming) more like harbour or marina to me. If your plan to go snorkelling to Samalona island then just ask people there . They refer you to boat man. Private tour cost 500 rupiah and they wait for you. Group tour or public cost around 60.000/ person in a boat with other people . I took private tour as more private and convenience to my time schedule. See more..

   I went to this park and then I read the reviews here on trip advisor, especially the negative ones. I don't agree with them. There are live butterflies here, many of them. I spotted some. The area where the most butterflies are was to crowded with kids trying to catch them so I did not bother going over there but there were dozens of butterflies flying around. The park is nice and when I was there did look maintained. If you have kids this is a great place to take them if they enjoy playing in water the waterfall is great. This price for admission is higher for foreigners but I paid the local price because I had an Indonesian friend with me not a tour guide. That helps. Still it's not that much more. Bantimurung does not mean butterflies it's simply the name of the park. See more..

   Actually, I come to Paotere for hunting photo.. hehehe.. But I also buy some fishes, shrimps, and calamari for our lunch. Very nice to see early morning activities of fishermen and the buyers at the TPI (tempat pelelangan ikan) or fish market. The price is very cheap and you will get very fresh fish and their friends ^_^. Compare to Muara Angke, Jakarta, you will be surprised and envy with the price and quality of the fish here! Talise Beach, a place where so many locals gather and have fun, fishing swimming and enjoying the sea breeze, became a total wreckage and it has became a "dead place".     Ini pertama kalinya saya berkunjung ke mamuju, Sulawesi Barat. Kunjungan saya ke tempat wisata ini karena rekomendasi dari teman yang asli Mamuju. Sebuah tempat wisata yang memanfaatkan ekosistem mangrove sebagai daya tarik wisata utamanya. Tempat wisata ini dikelola sendiri oleh masyarakat setempat/kelompok nelayan. Di tempat ini, pengunjung dapat berfoto-foto pada spot-spot unik kekiniian yang telah disediakan oleh pengelola. Disini pengunjung dapat menikmati sunset dengan sempurnya, kecuali kalau lagi mendung. Tiket murat, cuma 5000 rupiah. Yang kurang dari tempat wisata ini ialah tidak memadainya Plang atau papan informasi di pinggir jalan untuk menuju tempat ini, sehingga saya beberapa kali harus bolak-balik dan nanya ke warga setempat.
