Bukit Kasih is an intriguing, charming spot for a visit
I liked this spot. I love the message of tolerance that it promotes. It is a quirky attraction with various draws (a pool area, sulphur pools, souvenirs) but we chose to walk the many, many steps up to the 5 houses of worship - Islam, Catholic, Protestant, Buddhist, and Hindu. These are simple without extravagance, but the representation is what is most symbolic. There are beautiful views from the top. The site is a bit run down, but adds to the charm. If you are visiting the Minahasa region, I found it a worthwhile place to visit for a good little trek.

Nice and cold place with thousands of stairs to climb
This place is a monument of tolerance in North Sulawesi. When you reach it, you will see a monument with five religion symbol carved on it. There's stairways to the upper hill (not so well taken care off) and on the top, you can see a very large cross (as a symbol of Christians, since majority of the North Sulawesi are Christians). The atmosphere are cold since it is on the top of a hill and when you return from the top of the hill to the other exit way, there are a lot of traditional foot massage service that you can enjoy for a small price.
