Only 3 tombs open, one contains 2 mummies and the other 2 paintings. Good to see them insitu but more to see in the Urumqi museum. Interesting but not worth going out of your way for. I must add though the new toilets here are the best in the whole of Xinjiang!See more..
The tomb was originally situated near the Tuman River. But in Yarkand Khanate period, it was moved to the present site. In 1988, the tomb was rebuilt again. On the eastern part of the Mazar is a domed tomb hall covered with green glazed tiles. People in Xinjiang were Buddhist before Islamic during of the 9th century ,the ancient capital city was Hanoy where Buddhism was the religion of people here , Buddhism influence still remains in the towns ancient Pagoda constructed here during of that period, located 3 km from kashgar city . The mausoleum, museum and palace are on the same road Huancheng Road. They are close to the Uygrus ares with some good restaurants and ice cream shops. There are two areas where locals Ugyurs have shops/restaurants. The one on the riad of tge mausoleum seems quite modern. The mausoleum was open in August 2022 and is worth visit. See more..

Very special. Small compact cemetry with court yards, nearly no visitors. Amazing gravings. Wooden artefacts intact and seem very old. Beautiful windows in the maseoleum. Fantastic restaurant behind maesoleum in large gold building with many nooks and crannys and photo menu with great food.See more..

It is a tomb and mosque at the same place and it is really old mosque and tombs as well. The main court has some trees and a another entrence after the court and on the wall of the entrance you will see a ancient wooden tablet wich has arabic and chinese characters writen and after here you the another court and houses in side and intresting constrction and tombs can be seen from out side and this small court has a door to the cemetery. Huge number of tombs with Muslim dom style, built on a clay platform, also said it was the largest and oldest cemetery for the local Muslim people,very eye catching.See more..
