    Maybe you can judge people by how they keep animals. The Urumqi Zoo is one of the least visually stimulating zoos I have been in and believe me we have been to a lot around the world. The cages are large and the animals that are there seem happy enough and cared for but there are empty cages, places that look like nothing has ever been there, it is dusty with little landscaping and if you spend an hour there you have seen it all. I hate to give bad ratings to zoos because people should support zoos and wildlife conservation but I can only go as high as 3 star for this one. See more..
