Continent Kids visit Tlaqapque

Tlaqapque was a beautiful destination to seek out artisan gifts and souvenirs. We went midday, and the streets were not busy. By evening, family’s were bustling through the historic streets eating sweet treats and Mexican street food. The markets are reasonably priced, and the goods are quality-rated! We picked up a few souvenirs and a leather hat for Father’s Day! We recommend going to Tlaqapque around 4 in the afternoon to explore the shops, street food, people, and artisans. #continentkids

    one day trip
Gon between thursday and SUnday so you can eat at the restaurants inside this complex with a kiosk in the center, that way you can enyou mariachi music. Do not pay for a tour, take the subway from guadalajra city, make sure you are make it to the last trip back to Guadalajara, and walk to tlaquepaque, there's not much to do before noon, tonala is cheaper in terms of shopping and tonala has a huge market on sundays. Tlaquepaque is more shopping, nice coffee places, restaurants, impressive stores and nice views. Churches are beautiful.

    Talaquepaque shopping recommendations
I visited many of the shops but only purchased items in two. Arte en Vidrio with a large inventory of anythin made from glass, andCorazon de la Tierra which has beautiful items for the home. Both establishments had friendly and helpful staff and excellent products.
