   This is by far the best rental car agency in laayoune. The service was great from beginning to end with no suprises whatsoever. The car was ready at the airport laayoune and on time as agreed upon with the agent. The car was super clean and exactly what we initially asked for including a car seat.    I had a real good time driving around El Aaiún in a 4WD with my driver Abdallah. The trip was organized through Hotel San Mao where I stayed for two nights. In an old but very sturdy Santana, we made it to the (dry) river mouth, beautiful beaches, the port, a stranded ship near the port, and we roamed around for quite some time in search of a shepherd with dromedaries – with success. Abdallah of Hotel Mesira is a really nice guy, fluent in Spanish and Arabic, of course. I told Abdallah I would share his contact details with others who may be interested in doing something similar: ‭+212 6 62 14 36 84 or [email protected]. The trip of 4 hours cost me MAD 900. By the way, talk to Taki of the only shop at El Aaiún's airport. He knows a lot about the city's history an author San Mao who lived in El Aaiún for some time. See more..

   Take some time to visit this small natural history museum in Laayoune (El-Aaiún). It is situated in the old part of town in a private building. The very knowledgable monsieur Taki will pour tea and discuss the history and his extensive collection of fossils, minerals and artefacts of Western Sahara nomads.    Je recommande les services de jet sahara pour louer un véhicule à laayoune.
   La voiture louée était comme indiqué sur le site internet lors de la réservation, très propre, spacieuse et confortable, excellent rapport qualité/prix. la location du véhicule s'est faites très rapidement et sans formalité contraignante.
   Le personnel est excellent, à l'écoute et très accueillant de plus le véhicule m'a été livré à l'aéroport laayoune, un reel gain de temps.
   je suis très satisfaite de ma location, je n'hésiterais pas à faire appel à leur service dès mon retour à laayoune.

   I was on my way north of Morocco when I discovered this museum. I consider myself a friend of Antoine de st. Exupery so I couldnt leave without visiting this place. The first night I camped behind the museum, the second night in the front park of the museum. Then I asked Sadat the director to allow me to do a couple of paintings for the museum and here they are. I stayed in the museum during two months and the staff was very nice and friendly. I was happy to leave a little homage to Antoine and his Little Prince. See more..

   It is really just quite a basic Catholic Church built in 60’s modernist architecture. It is unusual because it is in a Muslim country. However it was built when the Spanish government was in control of the area. In a town with not much attraction it could be one of the highlights. The two priests are very knowledgeable of the local area and made the visit special for us by their welcoming hospitality. Worth visiting. See more..
