Paintings for the museum

I was on my way north of Morocco when I discovered this museum. I consider myself a friend of Antoine de st. Exupery so I couldnt leave without visiting this place. The first night I camped behind the museum, the second night in the front park of the museum. Then I asked Sadat the director to allow me to do a couple of paintings for the museum and here they are. I stayed in the museum during two months and the staff was very nice and friendly. I was happy to leave a little homage to Antoine and his Little Prince.

Highly interesting out of the way museum
The family of St. Exupery arrived from France with all the posters of the life and history of St. Exupery and early aviation between France, Spain, North Africa and across the Atlantic to Brazil and onto Argentina to set up this museum. The history is not the traditional linear manner of narration but with zigs and zags. But I learned how brave and what characters these early pioneers of the air were. And also that Le Petit Prince was written in the US, when St. Exupery was trying to get the Americans to enter WWII. The guardian of the museum is kindly and they are trying to get funds to translate the posters into Spanish, English and Arabic. There are clean toilets and they sell some postcards snd souvenirs.

    Very interesting
Sant Experience was know for me as a writer, but he was one of the brave and amazing pilot from Paris to Senegal and South America. This museum is small but explain that part of his life. Amazing! The problem for Me was that everything was in French, that is why I can not score with 5 starts. Even so, it was interested. Thanks to Mohamed Elhoudaibi, the person who takes care the museum, for been so nice.
