   It is THE Most IMP place for any JAIN follower and VERY spiritual place for any religious person. Far from the city there are mountain which sum up to TOTAL 27 KM walking in one day time which start at 4am. people start their yatra with TORCH and LATHI in hand and Prasad in shoulder. We are not supposed to wear Shoes or slipper on the Mountain as it dampen it but people these days neglect it and also started eating all kind of thing and throwing Plastic which is bad for ENV and REGION authenticity both.    Baba Baidyanath Dham is a sacred pilgrim spot especially for the Hindu devotees. It is one of the 12 jyotirlingas of lord Shiva mentioned in the Hindu mythology. Main deity here Baba Baidyanath with several other Gods that includes Maa Parvati, lord vishnu, lord ganesha and many more The temple attracts millions of devotees from all over the India especially during the month of Sawan (July). Visited this temple with my family in month of December and I have to say worshiping here is quite a challenging task especially going closer to the sanctum and entering in, the crowd was making a big hype by pushing and falling over.     Dewri Mandir is located 60 km toward south from the capital of Jharkhand i.e. Ranchi. It is in the Tata-Ranchi Highway (NH33). It is a very old temple of Goddess Durga. The main attraction is that the idol is having 16 Hands (Normally Goddess Durga is having 8 Hands). The temple is very old and now renovation is going on. It is made up of big stone put one over other without any cementing material in between.     This is a man made lake that supplies water to the town of Jamshedpur. It is around 10 kilometers outside the town, (which is very far for the locals!!)     Dassam Falls is located at around 40 km from Ranchi and on Ranchi-Tata Highway. From highway, this water-falls is situated at around 10 km distance and one has to drive through village road for around 15-20 minutes. The pitched road, though narrow, but was reasonably good for driving. The place has decent parking space at the top of waterfalls with parking fee of Rs. 30. The Dassam Falls is a natural waterfall across the Kanchi River, a tributary of the Subarnarekha River. The water falls from a height of 144 ft. We visited the Dassam falls during rainy season, when the water falls was on full flow and the sound of water echoes all around the place, overall it was a mesmerizing view. The parking area is nicely maintained with couple of small eateries. Nice arrangements of viewing points at different levels have been made.
