- 5.0 Volcan Cumbal (16 reviews)
-Authentic experience
Saturday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Spent More than 3 hours Volcanos
Authentic and an amazing experience. The whole experience was very special since the señor picked us up from the city of Cumbal until we came down back to the town called Ortiga. Early next morning we started the "camino" to the volcano Cumbal around 4am. It took 7 hours to go up and 4 to come back. In the crater was amazing. We did not have good equipments, and we were freezing up there. Anyway the experience was an amazing. It was looked like in the moon. Im sure we`ll be back there in the future. Our trip was in February 2019. See more..

-A great experience
Saturday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Architectural Buildings • Religious Sites
The sanctuary of las lajas is located in Ipiales Nariño. It Is a place visited by many people. The church is incredible. When you arrives, you must go down many steps but worth it. The food is excellent and isn't pricey. I was with my boyfriend for few hours. In this place there is a museum with very interesting and old things, there is a beautiful waterfall and the people are very friendly. ¡It is an unforgettable experience! See more..
- 4.5 La Laguna de la Cocha (538 reviews)
-fun and delicious
Bodies of Water
Great trip!!! You have to go to el puerto which is the little village where the magic starts. You´ll find the boats that will take you to the island of La corota where you can stop and walk through the protected flora and fauna area. THIS TRIP COST NO MORE THAN 25.000 PESOS OR 13 USD, NO MORE, and pay when the trip ends. In your walk up stairs ask about the HERVIDOS and have one to get warm. It is a drink made of fruit juice an a pinch of AGUARDIENTE. If you don´t like liquor just tell them and they will make a special one for you without it. When you go back to el puerto my best advice is to eat at REFUGIO DEL SOL and ask for TRUCHA ASADA (grilled trout) or the even better TRUCHA AHUMADA (smoked trout) and to dink another Hervido or Aguapanela!!! - 4.5 Teleferico de Las Lajas (42 reviews)
-Great way to visit Las Lajas
Trams
It was raining the day we were there, and very packed with people. We drove down near the cathedral like we had done before, but no parking, so went back up and took the teleferico. What a great idea. Not only did it get us out of the traffic and crowded entrance, but was a nicer way to see the sights. Recommended either one way or round trip. See more..
- 4.5 Museo del Carnaval (39 reviews)
-Nice and colourful museum
Spent < 1 hour Military Museums
We were here on a Sunday afternoon and wanted, in addition to the churches, see something different. We checked the opening hours in the web and saw that it will be open! We walked to the museum and found closed doors. A policeman we have asked then told us to knock on the door. The security opened and we explained the situation. She let us in and we had the museum for us alone. The colourful masks were fantastic, the fotos and explanations were good, but could be more! A really good alternative in this city! See more..

-Beautiful building, with unique history taking place outside
Government Buildings
It was fun to visit downtown Pasto, and see the history and tradition still honored today. Outside people sit at little desks waiting to provide a service of filling out legal forms and documents needed for dealing with the government. It brings back lots of memories of when business was done on manual typewriters before computers. Fun to visit and see tradition and history in the making real time. See more..

- 4.5 Black and Whites' Carnival (18 reviews)
-Super Cool
Cultural Events
What a phenomenal experience I had in the Nariño district of Colombia. Yesterday's parade of the Black and White Carnival was the culminating activity to this week celebration. Never have I experienced a district expressing so much imagination, play, friendship and the sharing the joy. I love how respect is given to to all people. I loved all the play with the foam spraying and the tagging of paint on the faces of all people. We can learn a great deal from each other and our history. Always remember and never forget the past. If you want to experience a fun carnival, visit Pasto. See more..

Churches & Cathedrals
After visiting the Edificio de Governador de Narino, I visited this church! I was so,happy to find it open! I admired its huge beautiful stained glass windows and other art works. The statues and other decorations do not look as old as those noted in other churches I visited in Colombia. The big flower arrangements in front of the various altars were very pleasing to my eyes. I said my prayers, took pictures and left. See more..

-Playa del Morro
Spent More than 3 hours Beaches
Es una playa linda, muy tranquila entre semana. Aunque no es demasiado larga, es perfecta para trotar. En uno de los extremos termina en una base militar por lo que no se puede continuar y hay que dar la vuelta y regresar. Beautiful beach. Very quite and peaceful during the week (did not went there in the weekend). Good for jogging although not very long, but you can do circuits. On one end it limits with a military base, so no trespassing allowed after a certain point See more..

-Uno de los lugares más representativos de Pasto
Spent < 1 hour Points of Interest & Landmarks • Churches & Cathedrals
