This place is about 70km from the Bus station of Congjiang, but it takes 3 hours for bus to go because the road is narrow and the condition is not good, in addition, there's almost climbing "s" shape mountain road most of the time. That's why no travel tours will go there now, if you want to go there, you have to take a bus from Congjiang. The terrace is huge, alongside the 20km's road from Dangniu village to Jiabang are all terrace, but the most beautiful scenes are between Jiaye village and Jiache village, it's amazing. See more..

It's a good park to visit in Gui yang city for a day trip. The park fee is about 1 USD per person, and you could spend the whole day there including hiking, visiting the zoo (at no charge), visit the historical cave, the lake and the temple. Seven small arches (aka 小七孔，xiaoqikong) is a surprising discovery in South of Guizhou, Libo county. The park is huge, I would recommend scheduling 2 days there to visit it. There is a lot of different landscaped in the park : Cascades, rivers, caves, lakes, forests, ... And you will never be bored by all these natural wonders ! Also the parks offer some additional experience on the side: boats, rafting, ... Last but not least, you will find few services worth to be mentioned : bus network to travel from one side to another, few restaurants along the paths, public toilets pretty clean, ... I have visited this mountain on a number of occasions. It's a great introduction for friends who come to stay at our home in nearby Tongren city. On cloudy days you should not be deterred from doing the trip either. It sometimes makes for incredible photos as the peaks appear amidst the mist. From the highest peak you can look down on the lower one. Really fascinating and provides excellent photo opportunities. Like most places in China, there are a variety of food and drink stalls along the way. No need to bring anything yourself. Cable car access can be a little crowded during summer holidays, but you come to accept that in China. Go early in the day if that's any problem. See more..

the title says it all. It's a gorgeous spot with some pretty waterfalls, nice trails, easy to walk and quite picturesque. The underground caves are well managed but be ready to be there for a while as it's almost 2km of caves to walk through. Getting there from guiyang is extremely easy with Bus 211. 2RMB gets you there in under an hour and same for the way back. See more..

Like all attractions near Xingyi, this place was not too crowded. We took a city bus from our hotel in Xingyi, which took about 20 minutes. From the bus stop, there is short walk to the top of a vertical glass elevator that takes you down to near the river at the bottom. We spent about four hours walking and climbing along the pathway, which is a canyon trail between two very vertical sides. There are numerous waterfalls. You need to be in shape to enjoy the entire trail because there are countless steps. See more..

This place was amazing, my friend and I went and rented bikes near the entrance and spent the day just riding around and enjoying the scenery. The bikes were 20rmb for the full day. From Xingyi city you can take bus 19 to get to the entrance of the park. There are a lot of food options throughout the area so it is a great place to spend the day. Around every corner there is just more and more beauty. Also, at the far end of the trail there is a temple inside a cave so that is pretty cool to check out. From the 19 bus to the far end of the trail it is about 5 miles. This place is gorgeous and relaxing check it out! See more..

I went with a group of American social studies teachers, but we were disappointed because there was no captions or signage in any language except Chinese. Our guide did her best, but it was crowded, so it was tough to get all the detail about the Long March and start of the Chinese Communist Party (which is what the majority of the exhibits focus on). We found the 3 large gift shops featuring Mao memorabilia ironic, but not as much as the McDonalds being the first place you see as you exit, mirroring the Red and gold in the Chinese and Communist Party flags. Probably: Corrupt officials who have wasted a lot of money 3. in the village there is a small hotel in the old typical house. Many nice details and good view of the village. Acceptable price about 30 dollars per night for two. 4. For me one of the most beautiful preserved villages without a lot of concrete. 5. It is located on the bank of Chishui River in Renhuai City, surrounded by mountains and in a dangerous situation. The wall can be accessed from the Shipingshan park (石屏山) which requires a ticket during working hours. If you get there before 7am or after 6pm then there is no one to collect the payment and you can just go up. Alternatively you can access the wall from the other end of town via an alley near Longquan Inn (龙泉客栈). Walk the steps until you reach a T junction, turn right you can reach a temple which is near the Shipingshan end of the wall. Turn left and continue to go up and you will find the other end of the wall and a fantastic view of the Zhenyuan town. See more..

So many times I have to go to Guiyang and for me is always an amazing thing. When I don't know what to do or I'm just tired to go far away from Guiyang, the best thing to do is take a taxi (it's not expensive) and go to Qingyan ancient Town. Why? Well the answer is easy. You can go around and lose yourself into the myriad of traditional and modern shops. If you don't want to buy, You can literally try (Chinese people are so kind) the traditional food. You can choose from dumplings, rice, noodles, special biscuits... Or more! If you are brave enough you can try insects! From scorpions to grasshoppers I tried and I think are good! But I prefer pizza After having gorged on food you will surely want to digest! Don't worry! You can walk along the ancient city wall. In the end... This place is a tourist nightmare and completely overtaken by commercial interest. Massive construction is taking place to bring it further from the real thing. Buses ferry the hordes from one location to another like other chinese attractions with hefty entrance fees. Most tourists will not get to see the real thing except for the rows of new shops selling titbits, clothes and combs. Outside the village, new developments of shops and restaurants are being constructed. Twice a day, some locals get ferried to this place to put up a wine drinking ceremony. See more..
