We had a fantastic stay in Danube Delta! Letea village and forest are definite must-sees! I recommend having the traditional fish dishes in Sulina or Letea. You will for sure receive the freshest fish and enjoy the preserved biosphere. We went in summer time which can be a bit tiresome with high temperatures and humidity level, but we definitely enjoyed it!See more..

Very nice experience and worth the long drive from our gitsl. I loved every part of the landscape and nature. It is a must-see destination. I just recommend for them to improve the English description of the place to lower-case so people can read the information better as it was all in caps with typos as well.See more..

Therefore, the best time is during summer and autumn. Enjoy.See more..
4.5Faleza Cazino Constanta(35 reviews) - The Cazino of an Elegant Past Spent 2-3 hours Points of Interest & Landmarks
This marvelous building and its surrounding park setting is right on the Black Sea just down from the Old Town section of Constanta. Sunrise and sunsets are magical times here during all seasons. We like to stroll and think of our own romantic walks for the past 30 years, but there's plenty of new couples out and about now, too. Some good newer clubs and restaurants nearby, so you can sit and sip as you contemplate an era gone by. I hope some entrepreneur figures a way to revitalize the Cazino itself into its old glory.See more..

4.0Roman Catholic Church of Malcoci(1 review) - The church with the most beautiful ceiling Spent < 1 hour Historic Sites • Points of Interest & Landmarks • Churches & Cathedrals
We ended up visiting this church after looking for places to visit near the Danube Delta. Based on the research it looked like there are efforts to revive the site, but currently it's a unique anomaly built buy German settlers in the area, apparently the tallest German church in that part of Romania. It was significantly damaged in the last hundred years or so, so from a structural perspective it's more or less just the foundations and walls. And rounded brick pillars. Those were neat. When we got there, there were a couple tending the grounds and I asked if it was safe to enter. Inside, I couldn't get over the sun shining down upon me within the walls, sort of a surreal effect, so I just sat on the steps to what was once presumably the altar and enjoyed the day. It was a gorgeous day with the trees and flowers in bloom, visible beyond the building shell. For reference, there was no furniture or seats as such, there are quite a few pigeons in the tower, but the ground was pretty well maintained considering. It's worth a boo if you are in the area.See more..
See more..
