Each Romanian should come here at least once in his life . I am glad that the place was renovated and now it is not raining inside as it was when I was here first time.

Part of our history
If you pass through this small city, it is a must to make a stop over. It is a part of our history, a memorial site and a small museum. The site is well maintained and there is also an audio tour available.

Could be better
The monument is impressive as it brings together all the Unnamed heroes and commemorates them in a majestic fashion. At the museum section, be brave and remove the last painting of the communist propaganda that shows liberating armies on August 23rd and happy people all around - communism was forcefully imposed to the Romanians by Soviet tanks, deportation, terror and framed elections. That is against what people died for in the first and second world war!
