The cathedral is the seat of the Archdiocese of Split-Makarska, headed by Archbishop Marin Barišić. Minceta Fortress image
We went to the top of the Minceta Fortress as part of the wall ticket, and after that we went inside (to the gut of it) as part of the Foundry Museum ticket. This is a different experience and well worth the price of admission. We got different views and go to parts of the wall not accessible with the wall ticket. Buy this ticket at the entry point to the museum and not from 3rd parties as you will pay more. The entrance to the Foundry Museum (Gornji Ugau) is on the highest street within the Old Town and right underneath the Minceta Fort top. See more..

    Town Hall Sibenik image
On arrival we went straight for the town hall as we knew it is the monument and one place which is the centre of the town and one of the main attractions. When we got to the entrance we seen everyone leaving and so did we as the price to enter the town hall was rather expensive 30kn - yes it is not alot if you are staying in Sibenik for a few days but if you sre there for a day it is expensive. However you could tell it looked lovely inside, but we got some great images of the place from the outside. Definitely a recommendation for this place. See more..

    City Sentinel image
Located in the People’s Square which is a beautiful square in the heart of the old town. Great place to go to one of the restaurants. Lovely places during the day and night. Since its Medieval origins Narodni Trg (People’s Square) has been the core of Zadar's public life. Dominating the westerns side of the square, the City Guard dates back to the 1562 and it's crested by a 19th-century clock tower. Nearby, St. Lawrence church is the oldest preserved building of the town, while the Loggia on the opposite side is now a venue for exhibitions. See more..
