Highest Point Of The Dubrovnik Wall
We went to the top of the Minceta Fortress as part of the wall ticket, and after that we went inside (to the gut of it) as part of the Foundry Museum ticket. This is a different experience and well worth the price of admission. We got different views and go to parts of the wall not accessible with the wall ticket. Buy this ticket at the entry point to the museum and not from 3rd parties as you will pay more. The entrance to the Foundry Museum (Gornji Ugau) is on the highest street within the Old Town and right underneath the Minceta Fort top.

Walls of Dubrovnik
It is part of the Walls of Dubrovnik so I am not sure why it stands as it's own touristic attraction here. You can only enter if you enter the walls of dubrovnik which cost 200 kuna and close at 19 30 in summer. The Minceta fortress is, as I recall, the tallest point of the walls so you get a great view from there.

Impressive
The most impressive bastion of the Old City. The tallest, dominates everything around and is visible from any point. If you buy an access ticket to the walls, you can climb to the top for exceptional views of the old town and the entire area.
