Tours we did (walking, by boat and night walk) were disappointing. If you love plants, trees and insects fine, but if you want to see birds and mammals, don't count on it to much. We saw one white eagle and one cervet cat... See more..
- 4.0 Kota Gelanggi Caves (25 reviews)
-Lovely caves but you must be prepared
Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM Caverns & Caves
I didn't know about these place until I stayed in Felda Tekam. It used to have many visitors based on the pictures and the amenities build there. There are several caves to explore, and I didn't manage to read any reviews before going there. Overall, you need to be prepared especially if you're coming with young children. You also need to have a certain level of fitness to explore these caves. There is an unofficial entry payment of RM 5 per adult at the guard post. So this is one place I need to come back too. -Would NOT RECOMMEND!
Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM Multi-day Tours • Taxis & Shuttles • Hiking & Camping Tours • Nature & Wildlife Tours • Day Trips
Would NOT recommend! To make a long story short: We paid a ticket in Kuala Lumpur which they told us also was a return ticket. Halfway to Taman Negara we need to change buss/ go by boat and there they tell us that we need to buy a new ticket to get home. Total price became 450 ringgit! And ALSO, on the way back to Kuala Lumpur the staff put us on the wrong bus which made us go to Cameron Highlands. From there we needed to pay one more bus to get back, 35 ringgit each. Total price 520 ringgit for turn and return! Did we get any help from the manager when we went back to complain? OF COURSE NOT. WE get blamed. Everything is our fault. We won’t even get the 70 ringgit for the extra bus back which was all I demanded. Thank you Han Travel for NO service and also blaming your customers. See more..
