Stradun constitutes the Main Street in the old city, paved with some of the shiniest slippery limestone you will ever see. In the day it’s a useful orientation point, by night some of the cities more interesting busking can be witnessed from classical music duo’s to owl handlers and a group of men blowing horns and clacking ratchets! Don’t miss the little balancing stone just outside the friars monastery either. Bookmarked by Big Onofrio’s fountain at one end and the Sponza palace at the other, it’s definitely worth a stroll.

Perfect setting for a drinkwalled city
A perfect tourist site with history mixed in with specialty shops, museums, and eateries . Perfect to watch people. As you enter from the Pile Gates, period costume buskers and musicians will sure to entertain you. Street is not long, but it packs a lot in a short distance to easily walk up and down.
