This national park is stunning. It was a hot day but there was plenty of shade to walk up to the 'Monasterio' There are plenty of picnic tables (merenderos) to stop at on the way. We decided to have a picnic and sit on the rocks by the river admiring the tranquility and calmness of the river and its stunning views. We had tried to visit on another ocasion at the weekend but the car parks were full. This time we went much earlier and on a weekday and didn't have a problem parking. Definetly worth a visit!See more..
