  1. 5.0 Tubbataha Reef (207 reviews)
    - Perfect liveaboard for Tubbataha
    Reefs
    Tubbataha Reef image
Great liveaboard to dive in Tubbataha, boat very well maintained, high standard, Crew more than friendly, food exceptional, you feel very welcome and pampered by the staff. Although the diving level of the guests varied a lot they tried to make every dive a great one for all of the divers! The reefs in Tubbataha are magnificent, we saw white trips, grey sharks, hammerheads , loads of turtles, Jacks and barrakudas and even once a whaleshark. If you are interested there is also beautiful macrolife to find. Hope they will do some other destinations too, will definitely join them again See more..
  2. 5.0 Vibrations Dive Center (10 reviews)

    Vibrations Dive Center image
We were with Manu and Guilaume in the last week of December 2019. It was a amazing diving experience. They really tried their best to show us how to really independently dive. They were always very attentive and we felt safe all the time. Even when I had trouble getting my googles freed from water, they were very calm and patient and after some trials I could finally get it right. Moreover we were not only carried like potato sacks through the reef, but instead we really dove! I could only recommend this super sympathetic couple. The equipment is brand new, the reefs are alive and colourful. It is a unique experience and a must if you are going to Carabao Island. Thanks for all the support and tips. Good vibes good dives! 4. 5.0 Gaong River (1 review)
    - Sehenswerte Naturlandschaft
Spent More than 3 hours Bodies of Water
    Gaong River image

  5. 4.5 Puerto Princesa Underground River (5.740 reviews)
    - A must do activity
Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Spent More than 3 hours Bodies of Water • National Parks • Caverns & Caves
    Puerto Princesa Underground River image
Definitely on the to do list if you are a nature lover. 1.5 km into the underground cave and then back again. Went with an organised tour but you can also catch a boat from the local town (Sabang) which takes you to the National Park with entry fee on top. Do expect to get wet when you get off the boat onto the National park (or in our case, when we got back on to the boat afterwards). Bring a waterproof bag!! The Underground River boat tour is gentle and peaceful with audio commentary. I was told there is a way to trek into this area but I would still recommend to come by boat via sea See more..
  6. 4.5 Nacpan Beach (2.667 reviews)
    - A day at this beautiful beach
Tuesday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Spent More than 3 hours Beaches
    Nacpan Beach image
The sand is pristine and the colours wonderful of the sea and lush green foliage of the coconut trees. However, on our visit the red flags were out and so one was allowed only to paddle basically to stay safe. A pity, I’m not sure how frequently bathing is restricted and how to check this out on line. You normally get here by trike which is fine but the road is partially a track only so be warned you’ll be in for a bumpy ride. See more..
  7. 4.5 Kayangan Lake (2.440 reviews)
    - Spectacular rock formation! A must see but not suitable for elderly
    Bodies of Water
    Kayangan Lake image
Firstly, people should note that there is an entrance fee to both Kayangan & Barracuda lakes, by a ‘BEEP’ card which must be purchased in town or travel tour guide prior to visit. Life jackets are obligatory here as it’s fresh water and extremely deep! No snorkeling here because there’s no fish to see. But recommend snorkel gear to be worn anyway. Also, there are quite a lot of steps going up and down so i wouldn’t recommend it for the elderly. When you get into the water, head for the caves on the left side and look down with masks to admire the incredible limestone rock formation. it’s breathtaking! See more..
  8. 4.5 Small Lagoon (2.403 reviews)
    - Favorite in TOUR A
    Bodies of Water
    Small Lagoon image
this is the favorite spot we visited included in the tour a. it was a very very nice view , majestic, breath taking, im amazed, and really enjoyed paddling and kayaking in here. very beautiful peace of paradise. how i would love to see the big lagoon but unfortunately the tour was cancelled due to bad weather. 9. 4.5 Big Lagoon (1.730 reviews)
    - This place is like a movie scene!
    Bodies of Water
    Big Lagoon image
Even though it was a cloudy day when we visited here, the lagoon was still breathtakingly beautiful! The water is so warm and clear and the limestone cliffs looked just unreal. Can't even describe it, it is just something you need to experience. I would highly recommend booking the tour via El Nido Boutique and artcafe, not only because the paddling boats are inclusive but also because they took us here later the afternoon when most of the crowds were gone. 10. 4.5 Las Cabanas Beach (1.169 reviews)
    - Sunset at Las Cabañas
    Beaches
    Las Cabanas Beach image
It takes about a 5-7 minute walk from Maremegmeg beach club and beach shack to reach Las Cabañas and oh boy is it worth the hike! The view of the sunset from here is nothing short of spectacular as it is located at the very tip of the island! The view of the bay is more than 180 degrees from here which makes it even more fantastic. There is a newly opened beach bar aptly named Sunset at Las Cabañas serving Mexican fare - tacos, quesadillas and such. Their cocktails are a pleasant surprise as they use only premium liquor. Happy hour drinks are half the price and you get priceless views. See more..
  11. 4.5 Twin Lagoon (1.055 reviews)
    - Simply Amazing!!
    Bodies of Water
    Twin Lagoon image
Twin Lagoons is a must see! It is soo beautiful. Do not skip if you’re planning a private tour, make sure it’s included if you’re joining a tour with other folks. Pictures do not capture how awesome this place is. You have to go see and experience it. The water inside the lagoon is quirky, it gets cool and warm, cool and warm as you swim around, nothing like it, so weird in an amazing way. Coron never ceases to amaze me. Would love to go back and stay longer. See more..
  12. 4.5 Barracuda Lake (991 reviews)
    - Breathtaking!
    Bodies of Water
    Barracuda Lake image
We got there before the crowds in the morning and it was breathtaking! We spent a bit of time snorkeling and admiring the rock formations. The lake is very deep but the water is warm. We got a private tour so we managed to arrive early in the morning and we had 20 minutes at the lake just by ourselves and after that the crowds arrived. See more..
  13. 4.5 Mt Tapyas (951 reviews)
    - Awy views, great sunset
    Mountains
    Mt Tapyas image
Getting to the top is very simple: you just go up 750 steps. For a foot person it is a piece of cake. For an average person it is very doable. For an overweight/unfit person it may need a couple of stops. No matter your physical condition, it is totally worth it. We went a bit late as we were on a boat trip until 4:30 and missed the sunset, but it was still 100% worth the effort. See more..
  14. 4.5 Malcapuya Island (662 reviews)
    - Pristine crystal waters
    Islands
    Malcapuya Island image
The experience was unlike any other. The island itself has bad reception - which is great for me so I could focus more on relaxing rather than working or social media. Loved the hammocks spread around the area. Only issue was we got stuck here for hours. What was supposed to be an 8am to 5pm tour, turned to 8am to 10pm. But yeah, it's not a bad place to get stuck at. We were provided with more beers and chips. Great island! See more..
  15. 4.5 Ugong Rock (662 reviews)
    - The climb was simple and the Zipline was amazing!
    Geologic Formations
    Ugong Rock image
I visited slightly after the lunch hour and was the only guest there. The cave climbing was very easy and there is someone pulling you up from the top, so you don't need much effort. There is a need to squeeze between rock formation, so not suitable for body size above 120kg. Once at the top, you can decide on the following: 1) Walk down the ugong rock 2) sitting Zipline (not allowed to carry any phone/camera as you need to hold on to the ropes) 3) Superman Zipline (you can carry your phone for photos and videos) In both ziplines, there is a professional photographer taking a few photos of you from far. You can buy a print-out photo at 200p or get the full set of digital photos for 200p (they accept android phone for cable transfer). See more..
  16. 4.5 Siete Pecados (565 reviews)
    - Quality not quantity
    Islands
    Siete Pecados image
For some reason our private guide was not exactly keen to bring us here but I insisted since we chartered the boat. We arrived by 8 :30 and the visibility was poor. If I had another day I would have tried to visit again. I enjoyed the snorkelling and saw some fish species I did not see before and the corals were beautiful. I hoped the area would be bigger but we soon reached a patch of less pristine corals and were asked to return to the boat. If my guide gave me better advice on day one I would have visited twice to get better conditions. My guide mentioned people spearfishing in the area during lockdown. This is sad since tourism can bring money but then the reason you travel half way around the world for must be protected to be worth it. See more..
  17. 4.5 Snake Island (Vigan Island) (558 reviews)
    - Hike for the view!
    Islands
    Snake Island (Vigan Island) image
Although too many people recommends tour A and C . On tour B you pass by this island, and in my opinion is one of the best together with big lagoon . The earlier the better as later gets full of tourist , make sure you climb the small hill as the view gets spectacular! See more..
  18. 4.5 Hidden Beach (544 reviews)
    - favorite beach in Palawan +my tip how to beat the crowds
    Spent 1-2 hours Beaches
    Hidden Beach image
I loved hidden beach -beautiful landscape surrounded by mystical rock formations. its actually part of tour C but I would recommend you renting a private boat to go there instead of joining one of the tours. This way we were lucky to have this place all to ourselves and usually its packed with people -when we left there were at least 30 boats coming so usually if your unlucky can be over 100 people at this beach at the same time in life jackets etc which can ruin the scenery of this place a bit. We went there around lunch time when all the tours did their lunch stop somewhere else around 12.30-1.30 and then there was no one :) Also make sure to bring your drone as it looks even more beautiful from above:) See more..
  19. 4.5 Sunken Japanese Wrecks (541 reviews)
    - Absolutely stunning
    Nature & Wildlife Areas
    Sunken Japanese Wrecks image
Amazing scuba dives in these shipwrecks - bucket list dives. These ww2 shipwrecks have been totally reclaimed by the ocean with so much coral and life growing on them. Loved being able to explore the inside of the wrecks. Great experience See more..
  20. 4.5 Coral Garden (536 reviews)
    - A must visit while in Coron
    Reefs
    Coral Garden image
This was the highlight of our private tour as it was our first time seeing blue/purple clams living inside corals. We were like 2 kids following colorful fishes and snorkeled for 30 minutes. Make sure you reapplied sunblock throughout the day as we got a bit sunburn. Must visit if you like to explore the majestic ocean. See more..
  21. 4.5 Coron Bay (509 reviews)
    - Coron Bay - such a pretty place.
    Islands
    Coron Bay image
There are companies in Coron who will take you for a day of sight seeing to many lakes and lagoons. If you have a free day don't miss this. You don't need to actually snorkel, swimming in the crystal clear water is just as good. They will tell you a floating divice is a must but that's to protect anyone who can't swim or snorkel well, but they won't take chances. It's the law. I loved our day, it was magic. Dianne. 22. 4.5 Sabang Beach (366 reviews)
    - Big Beach
    Beaches
    Sabang Beach image
This beach was nice. The waves are strong so watch out. From the shore, you will see the boats going to and from the underground river. The issue I had with this beach was the stray dogs. There were several of them roaming around so be aware of that. Overall, it’s a nice and spacious beach and a nice place to hang out along with the underground river. See more..
  23. 4.5 Banana Island (288 reviews)
    - Crystal Clear
    Islands
    Banana Island image
Banana Island was my favorite island when we did our island hopping tour. We stopped by this island for lunch and stayed for about an hour and a half. The water was crystal clear. The island was clean and well maintained. I would have loves to stay longer. Will definitely book a private boat next time we visit Coron. Prefer to stay at Banana Island than Malcapuya Island. 25. 4.5 Marimegmeg Beach (241 reviews)
    - Beautiful spot to watch the sunset
    Beaches
    Marimegmeg Beach image
If I would come to El Nido one more time I would probably stay at Marimegmeg. A 10min tricycle ride from El Nido Town is this really nice and lively beach with tempting beach bars, nice restaurants and even a few clothing stores. I would highly recommend the combination we had: taking a zipline that ends just near the beach, having happy hour cocktails and watching sunset and later having a dinner in The Nesting table within a short climb from the beach. Perfection! See more..

    Beaches
    Banul Beach image
This is the lunch stop on a day tour. The food is prepared on board as the guests enjoy the stops and i's a lovely feast with under cover tables and benches to avoid wet weather. The beach itself is shallow and sandy and it's the entrance for kayaks going around the corner to the great cove. See more..

  29. 4.5 Tres Reyes Marine Sanctuary (10 reviews)
    - Snorkeling paradise, what a find!
    Nature & Wildlife Areas
    Tres Reyes Marine Sanctuary image
We were cruising on a motorboat along the coast of Marinduque when our operator suggested we go to one of the Tres Reyes Islands. It was another 30 minutes from Gasan so we fueled up and took off. None of us had been there so we weren't expecting anything other than to say been there, done that. To our surprise, the water along the first islet was so clear that we could see the beautiful corals below, including brightly colored starfishes, shells, etc. Luckily, we had snorkels and ended up spending several hours enjoying our time... what a find!
