   Four additional Langqiaos (Corridor Bridges) at guihu (Turtle Lake) south of Taishun. In the village of Guihu, the GuiHu Langqiao has been completely renewed, to a superior level. The whole village has been transformed into a scenic area, with the southern wall protecting the area from wind. North of Guihu, the Chengshui Langqiao, 8 km north of Guihu village, is a well preserved bridge hidden away in a picturesque valley, the access to this bridge has recently been developed, with a boating lake, and fish pond. A long disappeared bridge will be in 2015 built to straddle the waterfall at the exit of this lake. 14 km North of the village, at the entrance to Longyang, is the ancient Longyang Langqiao, a beautiful bridge with a triple corridor roof, having spectacular views at sunset..    Among the visit of most of the Taishun lounge bridge, this one is located downstream your arrival point. It needs a 15min walk down along a small path under the trees with punctual views to admire the bridge in the bottom of the valley. The bridge is a beautiful arch-beam wood bridge above the river flowing between round polished rocks...nice to sit on to watch the bridge from beneath. Then... you will have to climb the path back for 20 minutes... Nothing extraordinary, unless walking up thousands of stone steps in a narrow path isn't in your physical capability.    The stepping stone bridge is now mainly seen as a tourist attraction, there are several road bridges nearby. Many people come merely to cross the bridge and back again. There are now many smaller dingbu's in the county, often paired with traditional corridor bridges. Langqiaos. See more..

   Yuwen is not a wood structure but a stone structure bridge. Connected with a temple, the bridge contains under the roof a place for the monk to live in. The context and the bridge realize a very poetic composition...but not so far, some landscaping works are not in line with the value of this place. Like often within Chinese historical environment, the design relation between old and new is not well skilled when the difference between the respective design of history periods (so obvious and representative of Chinese history) tried to be erased or reduced by some useless damaging mimetic design. If the accesses to the bridges should be developed... there is no need to overdesign them... but rather to maintain the existing in order to avoid the bridges to finally become a kind of Disney attraction.    The resort location is confusing as there are many similar hotels in the area with similar names. This resort is 6km northeast of Yayang village, on the original route 58 to Wenzhou. The hotel and restaurant are extremely luxurious. The food is as one would expect in a high class restaurant. In addition to hotel rooms, there are secluded lodges on the mountain side, with several open air hot springs. In addition the lodges have a spa bath, fed from the hot spring. Whilst the rooms are quite expensive, this is, in my opinion, well worth the expense. On reflection, April was not the best time to visit, we had a week of mist and rain with zero visibility See more..

    Many villages in the vicinity of Sixi have Langqiaos. Corridor Bridges, also known as Rainbow Bridges, or Wind & Rain Bridges. Within Sixi Township there are 5 bridges, Beijian Langqiao, Xidong Langqiao, Nanyang Langqiao, Nanxi Qiao, and Nanxi Qin Qiao. (Nanxi new bridge) Outside Sixi Township in the mountains to the North are: XiaGuang Qiao on the road to HengKeng. ChiYuan Qiao at the entrance to Chiyuan Village adjacent to a beautiful statue of two oxen fighting. Wutongyang Qiao, in Wutongyang village, the scenery downstream of the bridge is a heartstopper. Jifeng Qiao at the southern tip of Wengshan reservoir. Chifeng Langqiao at the head of Wengshan waterfall, with a ford and dingbu.     Usually the first bridge to visit if you stay in the village and that you can easily enjoy at any time. Disadvantage of this proximity are the building around. There is a temple on one side and a garden which should receive some maintenance work. A step stone river cross allow to walk all around the bridge. The proportion of the bridge make XiDong one of the most elegant of Taishun bridges. See more..

    XueZhai Qiao mainly deserves a visit due to its context: the city is built around. The result isn't the best urban pattern I have seen, but the interest is created by this 300 years old/new relation and respective cultures gap.
