Close to town and worth a visit
I hadn’t seen this advertised anywhere and came across it on Google maps. I get the impression that it’s using science and technology to improve agricultural methods - though none of the signage is in English (other than plant names) so that is my interpretation! It has a number of different themed areas to visit which includes various gardens. If you enjoy plants and gardening it’s worth a visit - I enjoyed it more than the butterfly centre. (It also has a small butterfly house). The range of exotic flowers is what impressed me most.

    Definitely worth a visit
Let's be honest. If you've done the tree plantation and a trail or two you may be looking for another diversion. You can walk up the hill in pleasant green surroundings and admire all the fruit and flowers. We were there in the morning before the tour buses. Couldn't see anywhere for coffee unless they had some where they sell strawberries and cream. More information would have been good. But a cheap entrance fee and a pleasant stroll. They apparently close for an hour at lunchtime, so check.
