    - One of tourist attractions in Cameron Highlands

I'm one of the tourist that didn't want to miss a chance to visit this Lavender Garden. For me its really worth it because we just have to pay RM 8 for entrance ticket. I also bought a lavender ice cream that costs RM 6 to take a photo with lavender flowers as background for to upload to instagram's story even though i dont really like it. But its my first time ate lavender ice cream, so I thought that its okay to spend RM 6 for beautiful photo, lol. After that, Iam walking up the slope and I was welcomed by a larger space with countless sunflowers, its really beautiful. Besides, I also self pluck the strawberry to bring back for my family. the name "Butterfly Garden" doesn't cover it all. the first part is indeed a Butterfly Garden, and that was beautiful. Then there was a second part and that was like a little zoo with alot of animals and some of these animals are lliving in a small cage....so it was a visit with mixed feelings See more..

    Cactus Valley image
We were here one late weekday afternoon, the shops outside were not opened (maybe aftermath of Covid lockdowns). Entrance fees was quite expensive (RM 8) and experience with the lady manning the counter was quite unpleasant. We took some photos of the variety of cactuses and there were flower beds too. However, we didn't purchase any cactuses while we were there. we found cheaper and nicer ones at one shop by the road side at Kea farm. See more..

A nice surprise to find such a vast range of different flowers. Expecting the usual small garden we paid the entrance (RM5) to go into the garden area. Very nice and the range of flowers is fascinating. Be aware that there are many steps so not really suitable for those with mobility issues. See more..

A wonderful walk to the nature, to breath in fresh air, to see the floral and different types of unfamiliar trees. Listening to the beautiful songs by birds and insects. Enjoyed the calm and peaceful environment. It was a hot afternoon, but inside the forest above 3500 feet above sea level, surrounded by tall and huge trees, just feeling wonderful. See more..
  7. 4.0 Tan's Camellia Garden (43 reviews)
    - Passionate plant-loving family, garden with character
    Gardens
    Tan's Camellia Garden image
For garden enthusiasts who love to chat about plants. Mr and Mrs Tan are a bit eccentric and love to show their collection of medicinal / culinary herbs and flowers. Lots of things you won't see in Malaysian lowlands. Messy and kinda charming in a very grown-in way. This is very different from the tacky touristy locations in Cameron Highlands. Next to the entrance of Jungle Trail 10. Unfortunate that a government housing project is causing havoc nearby. A rare and more personal experience here. Visit before it's too late. See more..

  10. 4.0 Taman Awam Bukit Fraser (5 reviews)
    - It was OK for a public park [30 July 2020 - 01 Aug 2020]
Spent 1-2 hours Parks • Gardens • Playgrounds
    Taman Awam Bukit Fraser image
Went here a few times whenever we stopped by the food court. Most of the playground facilities can still be used; swings, slides, etc. The huge space was more than adequate for 40 – 50 children running and playing around without making unnecessary contacts. However: - Some facilities and ground surfaces can be slippery because the humidity / moist / mold - Public toilets behind the foodcourt / by this park were closed during the three days we were there If you want peacefulness and clamness, come a bit early in the morning. say...latest by 8.30 am See more..
