The relatively small open air museum presents an incredible amount of exhibits, which are really presented in such a convincing way that when you "travel" back in time, you think that the inhabitants have just left the workshops or homes. To prevent you from getting lost in the buildings, some of which are very crooked, a circular route is signposted. The explanations are only in Dutch, but there is a leaflet with a map of the site also in other languages. The museum's detailed website has also been translated into English and German. The volunteers present are very friendly and helpful. It is nice that they make the site accessible by their willingness. There is a cafeteria in the entrance area and if there are more visitors, there is another one in the mushroom house. Lastly, it should be noted that free parking is available and that the museum is also interesting for children of any age. There are often special activities and special exhibitions.See more..

The friendly staff gives some interesting explanations and the entrance fee includes coffee or tea. You can buy some of the exhibited products.
