We enjoyed our brief visit to this park while vacationing in Newport. There is a wonderful paved path that follows the shoreline and can be combined with other trails through the woods. Though it was midweek, there many people of all ages enjoying picnics, sunbathing and other activities though parking was not a problem. I would likely be walking my dog here everyday if we lived nearby.See more..

I can't say enough good things about Wright's Dairy Farm. We used them to cater the dessert at our wedding and their team was exceptional from the very first communication. They are incredibly organized and on top of things. We ordered a small cutting cake and sheet cakes for our guests. Both items were exactly how we had envisioned. They even accommodated us ordering our cake topper and having it sent to the bakery. Do not hesitate to use them for all of your dessert wedding needs! Their product and service are amazing!!See more..

5.0Clouds Hill Museum(26 reviews) - Museum quality surrounds and amazes you Speciality Museums
This family summer retreat high on a hill overlooking Greenwich Bay is a gem of Victorian architecture and wondrous items from around the world. It is still a work in documentation progress and restoration. Wayne, our docent, made us welcome. He had a wealth of knowledge about each item and Rhode Island's history of the affluent, industrial class. A word to the wise: this is not a place to bring children unless they have patience and maturity. Too many breakables. The grounds need some TLC but as at most places, money is a factor. Call ahead. They are very accommodating.See more..
5.0Hartley's Pork Pies(25 reviews) - Goodness in a pie Speciality & Gift Shops
Their pies were delicious! Walked out with 6 small pies of each: pork, beef, meat & potatoes and chicken. Each one is the size of a cup. The crust was firm and crisp enough to keep everything in. Each was extremely tasty, not overly salty. Perfection.See more..
We had so much fun here. Jim is a wealth of knowledge and is very happy to share the history of his property and his experiences in Europe drinking all the wine. ;). It’s more casual than other wineries in area but to us, it’s part of the charm. We bought 6 bottles of wine, he has 5 types, 3 white and 2 red. Only 4 bucks to taste. Tried to convince him to up the price and get some glasses that guests can take home but he’s old school lol. He’s really a very sweet man who works very hard to produce a tasty wine. (All less than 20/bottle). We’ll return for more. See more..

Little Compton Adventures is the ideal way to see not only Little Compton but some surrounding areas. If you've not been to LC before, do the bike tour with Dan first then book a second or third day to explore on your own as well. I did two different days and two different tours -- a shorter tour followed by exploring on my own then a longer tour that took up most of the morning. Dan's passion for the beauty of Rhode Island has him taking you to all the hidden spots that no guidebook has captured yet.See more..
We were visiting Newport and were looking for a nice beach day. The Newport crowds are not really our scene, though, so we did our research and came up with Goosewing. It was a bit of a trek from Newport but totally worth the effort. The beach was rocky, the water was refreshing, the surf was suitable for riding but not overly rough. It wasn’t crowded and those other groups that were there kept their distance. Many, many shells if that’s your thing. The drive over took about 40 minutes but it was mostly back road, country driving. Highly recommended off the beaten path beach.See more..

If you are looking for a unique, insiders view of Newport & Jamestown this is a must do. Ally and Dennis are not only knowledgable about the views and area, they are fun and provide a relaxing atmosphere (plus snacks!) for you to soak in the experience. We opted for a sunset cruise, and it was everything we could have hoped for. There are few things as relaxing and beautiful as sailing around the Newport and Jamestown area during sunset, with a glass of wine in hand, with an intimate group of friends. Can't wait to do it again soon. Thank you Mr. Badger & Co!See more..

5.0Boston Skydive Center(14 reviews) - Super Friendly Staff Saturday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM Adrenaline & Extreme Tours
I had an amazing time at Boston Skydive Center and would highly recommend the company. It was the best experience for the price anywhere in Boston. The Company is a family-run business and they are professional and extremely nice. I accidentally left my housekey at Boston Skydive Center and they actually mailed it back to me the following day! The dive itself was incredible. The area where you drop has a clear view of the ocean as well as lakes, farmland, and cityscapes. I went tandem and the instructor I was jumping with had already completed over 25,000 dives! It feels very comforting to know that the instructors are so experienced. Would highly recommend: 9/10See more..

5.0Musee Patamecanique(11 reviews) - Nothing else like it - in this reality or any other Speciality Museums
My girlfriend and I went for our two-year anniversary - she had no idea what I was surprising her with, and to be honest, I hardly had a better one. But as soon as it began, we knew we were in for a night we would never forget. The problem with Musée Patamécanique is that you can not describe what makes it so awe inspiring without giving away the element of surprise and mystery, which is a large part of what makes it so special. Suffice it to say, it may very well be the closest you will ever come to experiencing real magic in your lifetime.See more..

5.0Friends Bookstore(7 reviews) - Love to read? This is your place!! Spent < 1 hour Speciality & Gift Shops
The Friends bookstore is the best bargain around if you are an avid reader or if you are just looking for something for a summertime read - for cheap!! I don't think there's any book in the store that costs more than a buck! And most of the books are next to new. But don't worry...there's plenty of classic old books too! Books are also conveniently separated between hard cover and paperbacks and they also have different sections for history, biographies, coffee table books etc. I would definitely suggest you give this place a try!!See more..
5.0Smug Brewing Company(7 reviews) - Great beer variety and great servers Saturday: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM Spent 1-2 hours Breweries
We stopped by this microbrewery today and sampled eight of their beers between us. Great variety of styles, and all were good or better. I particularly enjoyed their session IPA, their standard IPA, and their vanilla chai stout. And the servers were friendly and fun. Great place, and we will definitely go back.See more..

5.0Prica Farina(6 reviews) - Amazing Pasta Speciality & Gift Shops
Great pasta here! If you are walking the main drag in Warren, it is easy to get to. Otherwise it is a bit difficult to park. It's well worth it though. The pasta is fantastic and home made daily. You buy it by the serving and prices are very fair. We went during COVID-19 so we couldn't really browse the shop, It was order it at the door. The staff was super nice and helpful. Make this a stop in Warren for sure. Actually walk around warren while you are at it (less frustrating then trying to get just to this shop). Will be back for sure.See more..
