- 5.0 Beauport Beach (162 reviews)
-Lovely white sands and blue waters
Beaches
This is a small beach on the southwest of the island. Easy to find if you google it. Beaches like St Brelade's are well developed and attractive to those who like this. But Beauport beach is completely undeveloped and very beautiful: one of the most lovely small beaches I have seen. I had to put a city in, and wrote St Aubin but it's a few miles from this. - 5.0 The SandWizard (86 reviews)
-What a Gent and absolute amazing artist all for free.
Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Spent < 1 hour Art Galleries
Well we went off trip advisor saying it was open, however it was closed. But the Sand Wizard himself was in there working on his display preparing for opening in March. He heard us talking outside and insisted we come in and look wow what a splendid sight his sculpture's were amazing even though still under construction. But the best bit was talking to an amazing person who was willing to show his work but also impart his extensive knowledge of sand sculpting. All for free he charges nothing and has a donation box, he doesn't expect a donation at all, almost embarrassed to accept donations. He made our day to be honest I really wish him all the best and a long life as he is really one off the best people I've ever met. See more..
- 4.5 Parish Church of St. Brelade (508 reviews)
-Nominee - most picturesque church ....
Religious Sites
This is a beautiful spot on the bay, overlooking the sea and lit up at night. The churchyard is well tended and the church itself is lovely - built in the same double/triple hall style but this has a small round tower. There is also a pretty fisherman’s chapel separate from the church which was the only part open when we visited due to Covid. See more..
- 4.5 St Aubin's Harbour (414 reviews)
-Nice area to while away the time
Monday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Spent 1-2 hours Bodies of Water
Stopped for a drink in the Tenby pub, after having a walk and ice-cream around the harbour. Lovely area, and fun place to watch the world go by. Has some fantastic sunsets, and lovely just to sit had hear the boats jangle in the evening light, before walking to one of the near by restaurants. See more..

- 4.5 The Pallot Steam, Motor & General Museum (327 reviews)
-Informative, thought provoking and Interesting visit.
Monday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Speciality Museums
This pace is a must see on any visit to the Island and has a great deal to offer anyone with an interest in social history. From vehicles to machinery, from household items to trains there is something for everyone. Just don't expect a place where children can rush around and jump on displays; this is a place that rewards careful study and taking time to see what we have lost in the main from our rushed and throwaway society. The car displays had many vehicle types that I have owned in the past which brought home how so many modern cars are very similar to each other now. Take your time to take in the myriad of displays, written information and smells from a recent past and you will get a huge amount out of a visit here. Highly recommended. See more..
- 4.5 16 New Street Georgian House (327 reviews)
-A Hidden Gem that Deserves a Higher Profile
Monday: Spent < 1 hour Speciality Museums
What a surprise! We really enjoyed our visit to this restored Georgian mansion - full of character, full of history. Lovely period rooms, each with a fascinating story to tell.... and sounds too! The guides were welcoming, helpful and informative and special mention needs to be given to the housekeeper/cook in costume and in role with her descriptions of foods/meals in the lifetime of the house. We are in awe at the technical expertise, time and trouble taken to breathe new life into this property. Thank you benefactor! Thank you National Trust! See more..
- 4.5 Plemont Bay (320 reviews)
-Don’t miss the giant puffins at the top of the hill!
Bodies of Water • Beaches
Easily one of the most beautiful beaches in Jersey - the adventure to get down there makes it even more special! The car park is at the top of the hill and there a couple of giant puffin statues at the top of the hill that are worth a visit before you head down to the beach. The beach is well protected by the steep cliffs so it’s very sheltered from the wind and there are some great caves to explore. Definitely a must! See more..
- 4.5 Eric Young Orchid Foundation (304 reviews)
-A hidden gem. Little surprise they won gold again at Chelsea Flower Show 2022.
Gardens • Educational sites
Congratulations to all concerned for another Chelsea Flower Show Gold medal . Certainly well deserved based on the amazing selection of beautiful orchids we saw when we visited you recently. Gardeners & non gardeners alike will not fail to be blown aware by the sheer riot of colour, the different varieties and scents of your amazing displays. A must see for anyone holidaying in Jersey. - 4.5 St Ouen's Bay (300 reviews)
-Fantastic beach
Beaches
St Ouens Bay is a lovely long beach bay on the west coast of Jersey. There are cafes and ice cream kiosks/vans along the coast road at intervals, with free parking for hire cars. The beach is sandy and flat with a safe shallow incline out to the low tide, with rollers and waves on the water's edge. There are surf shops and hire shops to hire surf/body boards for the waves. We saw lots of young people and children enjoying the surf, and as we walked out to the ebbing tide, the sand was hard and clean, the water was clear and in varying temperatures, we were there on a very hot sunny day. We would recommend a visit to the bay/beach to take in the sights and smells of a lovely and well presented beach. Views of Corbiere Lighthouse to the south. See more..
