- 5.0 Ancient City of Adada (4 reviews)
-Small ancient city in Isparta
Historic Sites
Adada can be reached by car in 2 hour drive passing through pine tree forest and few marble quarries. It is situated in the "middle of nowhere". There are several ruins of buildings which two of them are temples. There is also unfinished theatre and also bouleuterion. It is possible to have a short easy 1 hour trek inside the ancient city which visitors can find ruins of church. See more..
- 5.0 Cumhuriyet Hamamı (3 reviews)
-Exfoliating experience, feeling refreshed and relaxed.
Thursday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM Spent 1-2 hours Hammams & Turkish Baths
If you want a true local Hamam experience for peanuts, this is the best by far and cheap as chips if not cheaper. Ladies and gentlemen have separate entries and separate Hamams all in the same building. Operators are friendly, the Hamam is clean. Everything under one roof (seven domes actualy) steam room with centre marble stone, cool room, sauna room, showers and small pool. This Hamam is renovated circa 2004 with impressive building now. Previously 400 year old 2 story building burnt down. According to the locals there was a under ground tunnel connecting with the Church directly opposite across for the Nuns and sisters. See more..

Thursday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Spent 1-2 hours Forests
I do not want to leave from this Pulley Oak Forest where is close to Kovada Lake in Isparta. After visiting the lake, we visited the forest park where is so beautiful under the sunny day. Most enjoyment here is sounds of the falling oak leaves and catching them in the air. There are some Inn and Hotel around here. The nearest Otel is Nis Otel in Ejirdir, it's15 km distance. I will make it over night stay here on next visit! See more..

- 5.0 Kapıkaya Ancient City (1 review)
-Kapikaya - the real name of ancient city is unknown yet
Thursday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Ancient Ruins
Kapikaya ancient city location can be seen from Antalya - Isparta highway but nobody will guess that there is an ancient city in between two hills. To reach Kapikaya is not easy so we followed the signs and here we were. The location is indeed in between two hills and the actual name of the ancient city is unknown yet. Kapikaya means rock door in English. There are some ruins of building, church, arcosolium, and a bit further a huge cave with walnut tree inside! Not much relief remains as the weather, wind, snow, water, etc removed all the ancient relief. It is possible to camp in Kapikaya area, the spring is not too far away from the ancient city too. The view from the top of Kapikaya is worthy after the hiking effort :-) See more..

We drove here from Side on a day trip. Beautiful drive through the Mountains. Spectacular view as you approach on the road from Isparta. Drove north of the town to get some great views of the lake. Well worth the long drive. See more..

-Amazing canyon
Spent 2-3 hours National Parks
It's a pretty new attraction in the region which was became known recently. I believe it's a must see for visitors of Antalya region. It only took 1,5 hours from Antalya and totally worth it. Basic trekking path is close to 3 km one way. Photography lovers may come here only for this place while enjoy few other great places close to here including Adada ancient city and Kovada lake. We couldnt finish all of in a day so I suggest to come here early morning to cover couple of them. My only regret is not to have my swimsuit when I was there because it's small natural pools were quite attractive to enjoy :) See more..

I hate politics, some how my friend who lives in Isparta persuaded me to visit this village.....I am glad he has. Every one in Isparta calls him "Baba" father, for his witty thinking and what he achieved for Turkey and of course his home city Isparta, even for his village "Islamkoy". He was seven times prime minister from sixty's until he was a president in 1993 to 2000. He was known for his Fedora hat and phrases with local dialect. See more..

I visited kuyucak village in Isparta province in Turkey last week .The whole village was full of visitors like me. There are many lavenders fields but all are not so close to each other. Therefore, I had many chances to explore the taste of lavenders in different places in this village. There were lots of things to buy for personal use or gifts in many little shops in the village, such as flowers, perfume, soups, oil, accessories, coffee, tea, ice cream...etc..They are not expensive such as a bunch of lavender flowers cost is 15 TL, Hand made Chain is 20 TL, Soups 5 TL ~ 10 TL, Perfume 15 TL ~ 50 TL, Oil 10 TL ...etc...and of course there are lots of lovely decorations in the lavender fields for photos' shooting in every fields plus you could able to ride camel in the fields as well. It cost 15 TL for a rid. There are many restaurants and coffee shops in the village too. I did Really enjoy here! I will be right back here. See more..

- 4.0 Antiocheia (18 reviews)
-An Experience of a Lifetime
Spent 2-3 hours Historic Sites • Ancient Ruins
It was just awesome being here at the cradle of Christianity. Antioch played an especially important role in Christian history: it was the base for Paul's missionary journeys, where Jesus’ followers were first called "Christians" (Acts 11:26) and where the Gospel of Matthew was probably written. Antioch hosted a number of church councils. The city played a pivotal role in the emergence of both Hellenistic Judaism and Early Christianity so it was exhilarating to be here and to be in the very temple where Apostle Paul preached. It was an experience of a lifetime. See more..
