- 5.0 Ngur Bloat Beach (54 reviews)
-Beach with the most white sand on the world
Spent More than 3 hours Beaches
I visited Ngur Bloat beach three times and every time I went there I was still excited the same! Neverending long white beach puts you into the peace, out of stress, so you can enjoy the beauty of nature, swim in light blue see, breath the fresh ocen air and chill out. If you are more active type of person, you can use beach volleybal field or play football simply on the beach, as me and my friends did. There is places nearby to buy food, moreover for very cheap fee, you can use bathroom, which is absolutely clean. I would recommend this place for everyone. Really worth to visit!! See more..
- 5.0 Kei Pirate Divers (41 reviews)
-Diving with Kei Pirate Divers
Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Scuba & Snorkelling
10 dives with these guys. Eva and Jan are a German couple with many years dive experience around Indonesia. They run a well organised dive business in a laid back location, A great team with good equipment. Some great dive locations 5 - 20 minutes by boat from the beach. Their team does the hard work with equipment for you. Dive time are subject to tide for getting the boat in and out over the reef. Aside from diving, the beach where they are located is a beautiful long very white palm tree fringed coral sand beach a great place to chill, but don't expect a large selection of places to eat, this place is not exactly on the main tourist routes! - 4.5 Liang Beach (74 reviews)
-Nice Beach In Traditional Atmosphere
Spent More than 3 hours Beaches
The Liang Beach is a nice beach to stop by while visiting Ambon. It lies in the north part of Ambon island, not too far from the Tulehu harbour. The view to the sea is fantastic, a good place for beach photography. This beach is mostly visited by the locals. Many small shops selling simple food and drinks are available. Public facilities such as shower and toilet are also available. You may need to ask the locals about sunbathing with swimsuit to avoid breaking the local customs. A lot of big trees around the location, nice shade from the sun. See more..
- 4.5 Gunung Banda Api (62 reviews)
-Steep & hard trek
Volcanos
Dont get tricked by the view from the bandaneira. The trek itself is quite hard, especially if you are first after few days. Cautions & problems 1) Tons of moving rocks below your feet makes you slipping and possible hurting your legs & feets. Find a stick, dont go alone. Way down is way more dangerous than up. 2) Dont go when its gonna be raining!!!! 3) I have cleaned about 30-40 nets with huge spiders on the way to the top, bdcause we were first after one week of no-climb. Take a stick and look above your head. 4) There are hundreds of mosquito, you can not stop if you dont have long trousers & sleeves. We could stop max for 10 seconds with shorts. Hike is 2 long hour upwards. Repellent doesnt work as you are absolutely wet even if in good trekking condition. 5) If its cloudy, you not gonna see anything from top 6) afternoon climb is more in the shade, but best is to go in the morning. Worst time is start at 9-10 PM. Be sure to take minimum of 1.5l water per person. Beware of falling rocks from person climbing in front of you. And enjoy, was great experience and view!!! See more..
- 4.5 Ngade Lake (39 reviews)
-Best View for a lake
Spent 1-2 hours Bodies of Water
My breath almost stopped when I saw the view of this lake, Ngade lake. What makes this different and stunning is that it has view of LAKE, BEACH, ISLAND and SEA all at one picture frame..!! You need to go high to get all those in one, and there's a good small paved road, close enough from the beach main road, that can bring you up there. But, for the best perfect angle, its rather difficult, coz it's inside local's property. See more..
- 4.5 Pasir Panjang Beach (31 reviews)
-Like cornflour
Beaches
A fantastic beach. Clearly among the five best in Southeast Asia. Some have called the feeling and look of the sand as baby powder - my frist impression was like corn flower. The second good thing is that the local clear up the plastic garbage which sorrowly are destroying a lot of the other great beaches and snorkelling sites in Indonesia. See more..

The biggest mosque in Ternate City. This mosque is located on the beach, with construction that is quite sturdy and looks magnificent from any angle. After Friday prayers, in one corner is provided a free meal typical of Ternate which is sure to attract the interest of worshipers of the mosque. In another corner, lined up traders selling various Muslim accessories at affordable prices #batulocalguides #letsguide See more..
