4.5Liang Beach(74 reviews) - Nice Beach In Traditional Atmosphere Spent More than 3 hours Beaches
The Liang Beach is a nice beach to stop by while visiting Ambon. It lies in the north part of Ambon island, not too far from the Tulehu harbour. The view to the sea is fantastic, a good place for beach photography. This beach is mostly visited by the locals. Many small shops selling simple food and drinks are available. Public facilities such as shower and toilet are also available. You may need to ask the locals about sunbathing with swimsuit to avoid breaking the local customs. A lot of big trees around the location, nice shade from the sun. See more..
5.0Ngur Bloat Beach(54 reviews) - Beach with the most white sand on the world Spent More than 3 hours Beaches
I visited Ngur Bloat beach three times and every time I went there I was still excited the same! Neverending long white beach puts you into the peace, out of stress, so you can enjoy the beauty of nature, swim in light blue see, breath the fresh ocen air and chill out. If you are more active type of person, you can use beach volleybal field or play football simply on the beach, as me and my friends did. There is places nearby to buy food, moreover for very cheap fee, you can use bathroom, which is absolutely clean. I would recommend this place for everyone. Really worth to visit!!See more..
4.0Liang Beach(44 reviews) - Nice beach!! Spent More than 3 hours Beaches
Clean and quite beach. Jus sit there enjoy the sun get some tan! Last time i went only me, my boyfren and 1 more couple. No one theres! See more..
A fantastic beach. Clearly among the five best in Southeast Asia. Some have called the feeling and look of the sand as baby powder - my frist impression was like corn flower. The second good thing is that the local clear up the plastic garbage which sorrowly are destroying a lot of the other great beaches and snorkelling sites in Indonesia.See more..

4.5Lubang Buaya Morella Beach(15 reviews) - Good snorcelspot, great for a daytrip, avoid the weekends Spent More than 3 hours Beaches
Nice place to have some decent snorcelexperiance, lot of the corals are in a good shape, if you are able to swim more than 100 meters-it's gettin' plesent with turtels, sharks and a good range of reeffish. Stay overnight in Lubang Buaya seems not recomendable but some small places nearby are operating soon. On weekends its getting very crowded.See more..

4.5Dodola Island(11 reviews) - the island is very beautiful Spent More than 3 hours Reefs • Islands • Beaches
We stayed two nights on the island. The accommodation is very basic, but it's worth to spend at least a night on the Dodola island. Take a mosquito net with you and also a repellent. There are sand flies around as well.See more..
4.0Maitara Island(9 reviews) - Went for the Eclipse, but loved the locals Spent < 1 hour Islands • Beaches
Had a great time here. The island is pretty small, and not used to tourists. There are no places to stay, so you'll have to camp, or know someone who can offer you a room. But be warned, the place is very underdeveloped, with no fresh water and basic toilets. If you need the comforts of civilisation, then it is advisable to get a boat from Ternate in the morning, to take you to the more secluded beaches. You can probably secure a chartered boat for less than 100,000 IRL.See more..

4.5Tagalaya Island(2 reviews) - Best Mangroove with Clear underwater beneath! Islands • Beaches
So far, this is the best mangroove I have ever seen. Usually, mangroove has brownish and not-so-clear water beneath. But this place has very-very clear water underneath, and so many coral species underwater. Which is why you could only explore this area by mid-small boat with low speed. On the corner of this island, you could find the white sandy beach to ne stranded for. Or you could swim around, snorkling and find the flowery coral reefs with tons of fish species. Best place to be stranded for!See more..
This is a lovely beach just next to the more well-known Natsepa. In my view it's just as beautiful, but less busy, so is a good option if you want to relax somewhere less crowded (especially on a Sunday when Natsepa gets very busy). The locals who have businesses here work hard to keep the beach the clean and provide shelters and bamboo structures to lie on. You will be asked to pay an entrance fee (between 5000-10,000 IDR per person depending on where you enter), and you have to pay to use the facilities. For me it's a small price to pay for all the work these people do to keep the beach beautiful and clean. I'll definitely be coming back :)See more..
4.0Hukurila Beach(1 review) - Beautiful cave dive spot and relaxing spot to share village life Spent More than 3 hours Beaches I came to Hukurila by taxi as at the time there were not enough people in the diving centers to go by boat. The cave is beautiful for a dive with good corals, anemones and fans. Like is all Molluccas, fish life not so present due to overfishing. But it is a very relaxing place to stay by a friendly christian village. You can be in bikinis without worries and the beach is clean (less plastics than other places in Mollucas) with some fishermen boats and no tourists. I could have a full house for only 250000Rs per night and get food and laundry done while most villagers came to help in my stay in any way they can. It is very safe to leave your things on the beach and nice for swimming too. Local people don't speak english and I don't have the contact for the house but you can ask Tony my taxi driver who was a fisherman in USA and Russia before going home turn to taxi. He is extremely helpful and reliable and his contact is 082199022998. I recommend to spend a weekend in Hukurila for a change from muck dive or if you simply want to swim or train in freediving. Depending on season they also have hammerhead shark, but not at the time of my visit.See more..
4.0Nyama Beach(1 review) - Pantai Pasir Putih Terpanjang di Dunia Spent More than 3 hours Beaches
See more..
