   Diego was an incredible tour guide who had a great understanding of the local fauna, wildlife, geography and indigenous communities. He also speaks perfectly clear English and Spanish. The lodge itself was great. One thing I loved was that the workers encouraged you to eat as much food as possible, which made me feel a bit more comfortable and it didn’t seem like it was a tourist-money-making trap.    Cuyabeno is amazing, and there's no better place to go to experience it than the Dolphin Lodge. The staff are all wonderful, and the lodge itself is a very nice place to stay. We visited a Siona community, swam in laguna grande, and saw so much wildlife! 5 different species of monkeys, caiman, an anaconda, toucans, macaws, herons, and plenty of other birds. Elias was the best guide we could have had. He was extremely knowledgeable about the reserve and the plants and wildlife. I already want to go back! See more..

   Good was good and they let me take seconds whenever I wanted. The guide we had was more knowledgeable than i ever could have hoped for. You can tell that he was trained well; he would identify an animal well before anyone in our group could see it. Over the course of 4 days I felt so at home that the staff genuinely felt like family to me. One of the staff even offered to tour me around Quito for free (it was his hometown) because he was leaving the reserve with us.    We booked a trip to the cuyabeno reserve through Cuyabeno Adventures. We stayed for 3/4 nights/days. Wilmer helped us with all the booking. He was super helpful and always available on WhatsApp to answer questions. He also helped us get a private taxi for the rest of our trip to Quito-baños-Quito. The driver was also polite and good. Overall I am really satisfied with booking through Cuyabeno Adventures and Wilmer. Highly recommended for everyone wanting to visit the beautiful Ecuadorian Amazonia. See more..

   We had an incredible time on this trip. Everything was really well organised. We had a variety of trips to see as much as you can whilst there. All the staff were really friendly and our lodge was outstanding and clean. Our guide, George, was absolutely brilliant and really knowledgable. The food was great and they were able to cater for vegetarians too. The tour company will also help you to organise your transport from Quito to Lago Agrio.
