   さすがに市街地ではあまり見ることはありませんが郊外で約2000人のラス・サチラスが散在して生活しており　生活圏に行き当たると　真っ赤に染め固めた髪の男性を見ることも出来ます。特別な催しのためにしているのでは無く彼らは普段からその格好です。　女性も独特なカラフルな色使い横縞柄の民族服、スカートをはいているのを見ることもあります。　観光客相手の特別な催し物もあり　その時は大勢のコロラド族達が伝統衣装　男性も黒と白の横縞柄スカートをはき　顔に装飾を施し正装し踊り等見せてくれます。　先祖はアジア系の人たちだそうですが日本人の普通より鼻が高くほりが深い顔立ちのようです。ピチンチャ県から独立してサント・ドミンゴ県になりましたが国の第3番目の大きな町に急速に発展したようです。　近代的一面とインディヘナの歴史が残った面と両面を持っています。少し離れたメルカードは色々なトロピカル　フルーツも山盛りで売っています。 See more..
