   Diehong Bridge is part of the Jiuxiang Scenic Region. It has a few major scenic spots. Diehong Bridge is one of the spots and is easy to miss. If our tour guide did not point it out we would miss it for sure. This is a subterranean natural arch not a man made bridge. When entering from the trail outside, walking into the cave, the eyes needed time to adjust. Below the bridge is the rushing river pushing down to the gorge. Above the bridge there is a rock formation looking like an eagle spreading out his wings protecting the bridge from an angle. The sunlight shines through the open space from the eagle. I will take this natural beauty anytime. When you start to explore Jiuxiang Scenic Park, there is no turning back because there's only one way (forward).    今年是我未婚夫的本命年，一直都很不顺，我们今年来宜良工作，听说岩泉寺挺好，庙宇多，香火旺，我们以前都不太相信神、佛之说，但同事都说在里面许愿，上香什么的挺灵，我俩就去了。正好是农历的十五，上香的人很多，门口是一个笑呵呵的弥勒佛，进入大厅，里面挺环境很好，一共有十多个庙宇吧，观音庙、关公庙、玉皇殿.......我未婚夫还在观音庙求了一签，感觉挺灵。有各地的游客在这里立了功德碑，到我们出来，还来了三个旅游团。总体上，我对岩泉寺一行，非常满意。 See more..

   Travelled from the Spring City Resort in a group of 4 to play golf at the Stone Forest B course. The course is in a spectacular setting with the stone outcrops all over the place, beautiful lush fairways and good greens. The course was busy so there was not really time to take all the photo's we wanted but still a very enjoyable experience. The clubhouse is outstanding and its facilities with a good restaurant and a driving range off the back. Would love to go back to play there again. See more..

   Cixiong Waterfall also named Twin Falls, is part of the Jiuxiang Scenic Region. The unique thing about these falls is the water from the gorge passes through a cave before falling 30 meters down to a pool. At first we only saw one waterfall. After walking down some more, we saw the second falls meeting the stream rushing and splashing down. What a marvellous sight to watch with colourful lighting. In this big cave there are many more to see. “The Fairy Vale”, “Bat Cave”, stalactites, stalagmites and rock pillars. Wear comfortable shoes, parts of the path are narrow and wet. There are lots of steps down to explore the cave, and 336 steps climb back up. But don’t worry there are “Chair carriages” available and cost 60 RMB. Beware of some porters, half way up, I heard they asked for more money, and the lady end up gave them 100 RMB. Even 100 RMB is still reasonable. Happy Travelling! See more..

   这个题目好象有些大,老谋子是不是导演了个同名的戏?这只是我个人此次云南之行的印象罢了.
   其实这次云南之行经历了一波三折,LD的学校在5月就说要组织出去旅游(负责飞机票),一直到放假还没定下来,直到临行前一周,才突然通知说去.这时的费用要比之前贵了1000多元,为了俺们家领导,去!
   于是坐了夜里的飞机,到昆明已经夜里2:30了,草草洗漱,在此不表.第一天的行程就算结束.(参加旅行团就是这样)天刚亮,就迫不及待的起来,想看看昆明的街景,下了小雨,对于刚从闷热的北京来的人说还算舒服,第一个印象就是整个城市比较落后,没有规划似的,楼房也都是些旧楼.来之前已经查了书,昆明的小吃不少,同时也想看看人家早上的早饭吃什么,就和LD上了街,记得有米线\饵块,就找了家人比较多的小店坐下,也许是不正宗,吃起来味道不太好,剩了许多.接到LD同事的电话,匆匆回了宾馆,准备第二天的行程. See more..
