Perfect beach. Good wind. David the owner is very helpfull and welcoming. Good teaching lessons. Western food and drinks: Salad, sandwiches, pancake and waffle. Rental gear can be better but not expensive. Nice shop. Big trampoline for kids. The Tao ji hotel that host the school is clean, the view amazing, breakfast is fine, swimming pool and garden perfect. 官塘温泉有别于三亚那里的南山温泉名气响，一般旅游团不会安排到官塘温泉，自助休闲游的朋友可以到官塘温泉享受一下那里的安静。那里有一个大池，温度相对低，有几个小池子，其中有一个40度左右的小池里面的水质最好，很多老年人都会在里面泡温泉治疗，是真的有治疗效果。自助游的游客如果时间充裕的话建议在那里停留个3,4天，如果只是泡个一次匆匆路过，不推荐官塘。宾馆里的洗澡水都是温泉水，在那里的几天，建议不要用洗发水沐浴露洗面奶之类的产品，那些远远不如温泉水来的有效，无论是对发质还是皮肤。

Getting into boats not to easy, you have to get down some not to safe looking steps then across the river, climb out again along a very rough path onto another boat, then the trip begins. We left Sanya and made our way to Qionhai to visit family. On our way there, we stopped by a town call Bo'ao. This is a resort town at the Wanquan River. This is the town where there is an entire center dedicated for hosting the annual Ba'ao forum. We stopped by a Buddhist temple which was made into a tourist attraction. Basically like all other tourist attractions, tickets need to be purchased to enter. Once again, I was amazed by the volume of tourists in what I thought was a quiet town. The temple itself has a guided tour in Mandarin to give an overview of the temple, it's architecture and about Buddhism. Photography is discouraged in the temple grounds. So, if you are only there for photos, then, do note the limitations. The temple itself has nice architecture especially the pagoda that overlooks the temple and the Guanyin statue at the back of the temple that over looks the river. Prayer jossticks and ribbons can be purchased for offerings. Overall, it's a good place to go for prayer and offerings. I would not necessarily go off path to make my way there for this. See more..

Beautiful area, though hard to find with poor access roads. On arrival at the lakeside there is little parking, not really a problem as there were no people. There is a small viewing area with some pleasure boats, which had definitely seen better days, but no crew or notices saying if and when the boats operated. There was no way of getting around the lake that we could find, no paths at all, not even rough paths. There were some good views back along the road woth taking photographs. Fortunately, I visited with some Chinese friends, who explained the significance of the military exhibits and the contribution of the Red Army women fighters.
