   important military place at previously and good view with good trekking in autumn. not so hard and just take within one hour uphill. the view is good and not so crowded. good for taking half day visit. and it has beautiful plum blossom at chinese new year but so crowded i believe. See more..

   This is an ancient path up the mountain that links 2 provinces to each other. The road is difficult to walk but has been kept that way to ensure its original feel.    In grauer Vorzeit hat sich hier einmal eine fluechtenden Konkubine fuer ein ganzes Dorf geopfert. Dafuer hat man der Dame mit einem Tempel und Gedenktafeln gedankt. Der eigentliche Grund aber dieses alte Dorf zu besuchen sind die Familientempel. Viele Familien der alten Dorfgemeinschaft gedenken hier ihrer Wurzeln und stiften regelmaessig Geld um die Familienchronik am Leben zu erhalten. Einige dieser Familientempel sind luxurioes ausgestattet und der Wohlstand der jeweiligen Familen laesst sich durchaus an der Groesse und Pflege dieser Anlagen ablesen. Wer so etwas noch nicht gesehen hat sollte sich die 1-2 Stunden goennen und kurz von der Autobahn abbiegen um einen Blick zu riskieren.
